Lovely 1-bedroom condo with AC in New Smyrna Beach

Paradise! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach front ocean view condo with oversized balcony. The condo is on the no drive section of NSB and perfect for enjoying the sand and water! Everything you need is here waiting for you! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and more! Cook your meals in your own fully equipped kitchen, Grill downstairs or enjoy all of the excellent restaurants in the area. Washer and dryer included. King bed in bedroom and King Luanto pullout sofa.

The space
Upon arrival you will go directly to your room. You do not need to check in at the front office.

There are two sets of elevators and we are on the 4th floor. Turn right when you exit the elevator. Unit 405.

During office hours you can get a parking pass from the front office by the pool.

Check out: 11:00 AM |

Please do not bring the luggage racks or grocery carts into the room please leave them outside the door.

There is no land line.

NO SMOKING or vaping is permitted anywhere on property- inside or out. Thank you for your understanding.

PARKING:
We are allowed 2 parking spots. Parking is available anywhere in the Garage or spots in lot. During construction or when overflow is needed, additonal parking is available directly across the street at the Catholic Church. Please check in with the office to retrieve your parking passes. During holidays cars without a pass will be towed. If you have guests during the holiday weeks they can park in the Dollar General Market Plaza just south of the condo on the right (5 min walk) or at the church across the street.

TRASH:
There is a trash shoot on the 4th floor just left of elevators. Recycling is located by the dumpsters on either side of elevators.

TURTLE SEASON:
During the months of May through Nov. blinds must be shut at night. Also if you dig any holes in sand passed the high water mark, you must fill them in. This is all to protect these little guys. Thanks!

DEPARTURE: 11 a.m.
Please log out of all personal TV apps. Start dishwasher. Empty all trash.
Empty out fridge. Set thermostat at 75 degrees. Lock both door locks. To lock the front door, press the Yale logo on the smart lock once the door is closed. No linen service required but if you could wash and start the dryer on a load of beach towels, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

BOARD GAMES are located in bedroom closet.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, we have given a good discount due to it. Noise will be quite possible Mon - Sat 8 am to 4pm. No refunds will be given if you vacate early. Thanks for your understanding.

WATER SAFETY:
The 2 biggies RIP TIDES and SHARKS. See RIP TIDE info sheet on fridge. First, our area of beach is safe. No issues. BUT a good tip is if you see lots of birds diving into the water or hanging out all together that means there are lots of fish in the water and fish attract sharks. So best to just get out of the water if you see lots of birds in the water.
