    Great location but very hard to find where to enter. Had to ask the store employee below where to go. No lights in the one bedroom, and it would have been nice to have some Curtains on the door wall for privacy. Was very clean.

    Our stay was complete chaos. At the listed price point, with the lack of communication, misinformation, and half-hearted décor, there are much better options in the area. We will also never do business with True North Mgmt again. Before booking, I reached out with questions (the description said it was a first-floor unit with no stairs, turns out it was a second floor above a retail space). Christian, True North’s rep, said he’d look into the description - he never did. The inaccuracies in the listing are too numerous to note here. The listing said the unit sleeps 6 with a double bed in the common space. Not true, just a sofa. There was supposed to be a parking pass with instructions, a keyless entry system, WiFi info, and a bottle of wine. None of those things were provided. We ended up paying for parking in the public lot and dealing with the rest of it on our own. We received an email from the management co the following morning, not addressing our concerns, but telling us that check out time was 11am — even though we still had another night. They never responded meaningfully to subsequent emails, only that they would “discuss it internally.” We are still waiting on the accidental damage fee refund. The key that opens the property (sliding door) sticks, the lock box that holds the key makes it so that you can’t use the screen door, and the lack of blinds along that wall means whoever is sleeping on the couch is in full view of anyone who walks up on the deck.
