Easy check in. The guy at the golf cart rental was awesome. Beautiful lake view. Clean room. This was our 3rd or 4th time staying here. Never lets us down. Great place.

From the moment we walked in, we were so impressed with how very clean and welcoming the space was. It's clear the owners take great pride in making it a very nice place for guests.Loved the balcony-Great views of Lake Erie, only suggestion would be make the beach area more inviting, clean it up, put some firepits out there, easy access to get down to the beach-I know this may be difficult as water rises but build it up? 1 other suggestion-since this was used to sleep 4 people, would be great to turn the laundry room into a half bath. Other than that, everything else was great! Loved the pool area and grills, and patio areas. Thanks!

The bad part: Someone entered our condo while we were napping then left after they realized we were there before we could see them. After that occurred, I put a chair in front of the door.Additionally, the cleaning staff came 6 minutes early before check out time. They just came in, didn't knock or ring bell. That bothered me...they were early and started to come in! We were gathering up our last few items and felt rushed even though the condo was NOT booked for the same day...I would have rated the stay 5 stars but did not appreciate them entering the condo without making sure it was vacated plus not sure who entered without our permission the day before. They hire exchange students who may not understand or care about privacy and security in the US? I didn't report the incident the day before because I wasn't 100% certain someone came in. I was sleeping and groggy when I heard the code sound so I doubted myself but when they attempted to come in on the check out day without knocking I knew it wasn't my imagination.

My husband & I were looking for somewhere to hang out in between events & this definitely worked. Lots of things to see, lots of places to eat & listen to music. The condo is in a perfect location. We loved sitting on the deck llooking at the water

Room was clean. Pool area was great. I recommend this place. It was very relaxing. It got a little loud at night with the people staying above us but other than that we had a great time

Kitchen is fully equipped. Friendly and super helpful staff. We’ve been visiting Put-in-bay for the past few years and stayed in different places, this is our favorite one so far. Definitely returning next year.
