Toledo House Guest Suite B. Catering to Couples. Great Location downtown PIB

Skip welcomed us to the property. The host provided complimentary water, a bottle of wine, popcorn and Keurig cups. We loved the location as it was within walking disrance to downtown Put-In-Bay. We had our own car, which was helpful as the ferry drops you off to the opposite side of the island. The property is one big space, with no separation which worked for us. The bathroom was also open to the living space, except for the toilet and shower. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This is a great place to stay! It was exceptionally clean and the location is perfect. It’s close to everything but just far enough away to be quiet. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location, could easily walk into downtown, to the monument, etc. Our place was nice, bed was comfortable, we had a lake view from our porch. You can rent golf carts from the owner which is handy. This property is also a short walk from the Jet Express. Highly recommend! Skip was easy to work with.

Very clean and well cared for property. Nice layout. Roomy for the two of us. Coffee bar with beverage refrigerator and microwave was a nice touch, as was supplying coffee, water, wine and popcorn!

We loved our stay at The Toledo House! Very close to Downtown attractions and very clean and quiet. We would definitely recommend!

This was a very nice place for a quiet getaway for my husband and I. We were there just before the season opening, so I don’t know how quiet it is during the main season, but everyone on the island was so nice and accommodating. Bonus* ice cream shop right next door Skip was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

The suite was even better than we imagined! The host was very easy to reach and quick to reply. Everything was fresh and clean. The whole process was easy. Best of all the suite just felt comfortable from the second we arrived. So close to everything, yet just far enough off the main strip to be peaceful and relaxing.

Our unit at Toledo House was perfect for our short stay. Very well appointed, clean and close to everything! Love that it’s right across from the bus/train depot!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Put-In-Bay that is close to the action but quiet and peaceful. The suite has been updated and is comfortable and cute. The shower has a magnetic showerhead--pretty cool! The host leaves plenty of coffee pods for the Keurig, creamers & sweeteners, and even a lovely bottle of wine & 2 bottles of water. It's close to the main drag as well as the park, the Jet Express dock and the Peace Monument. The host was friendly and welcoming as well. It was absolutely perfect for a weekend getaway, and we'd definitely stay here again!

The Toledo house was perfect for a weekend get away with my husband. The house was extremely clean and came with all the amenities you would need for a weekend away. It is within walking distance to all the downtown stores and restaurants. And Skip made renting a golf cart EXTREMELY easy. We will absolutely stay at the Toledo House again in the future.

The location of Toledo House made it so easy to get around town. It was the perfect size for 2 of us.

The Host, was absolutely amazing. The room was immaculate. There were complimentary treats-don't want to spoil the surprise. Every event was within walking distance from the lodge. I would highly recommend Toledo Lodge your choice for a couple get away occassion.

The room was recently updated and clean. There are 2 other rooms for rent in this home, but we were alone for the weekend in suite C. It is a studio set-up with small kitchenette which include a small microwave, Keurig, and small fridge. A few plates, cups, wine glasses and silverware are provided. Complimentary coffee, creamer and wine was a nice touch. The room is within walking distance to the main PIB strip and next door to an ice cream shop. There is parking for a golf cart at the house. Skip was an excellent host and greeted us upon arrival (had our golf cart ready for us at the house, so if you are interested in having one let Skip know in advance that you would like to rent one). It was a wonderful experience for us.

We loved our stay. The property had everything we needed for the weekend. Very close to town, but far enough that it’s quiet at night. Host had amazing communication, and was local if we needed anything. 10/10!
