Beautiful condo with an outstanding view!

The host was quick to respond to my questions.Enjoyed the condo. Spent a lot of time on the beach.

Very nice, beautifully decorated, loved the big screen TV, awesome beach and sunset views. Host very easy to reach out to with quick responses. Enjoyed the resort amenities (hot tub and weight room especially). A great place to relax - looking forward to possibly future adventures here.

Wonderful place! Wonderful stay! Beautiful views! Went for a girls trips and spent a good portion sitting on the patio, enjoying the view and enjoying the good company. Pool was nice. Access to beach was easy. Contact with the host was smooth. The rental was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great except all fees were supposed to be included then I had to go through a lengthy registration process and pay 50 for one car for parking and 30 for second car for parkingOverall I’d stay there again was really just right

The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful ocean view. We've been staying at Edgewater for 10 years. This was one of the nicer condos. The master bed was extremely comfortable. All the lights in the condo are dimming which was really cool. Highly recommend!

The property was beautiful. Our family enjoyed our stay and will plan to go back next year. Ana was great to work with. The property is in a good location, close to everything. We certainly didn’t want to leave.

Such a beautiful and clean condo! The owner was flexible when some things needed to change on our end. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and the TVs were huge, which was nice when we needed some down time. I recommend completely!

The photos matched the pictures of the property. The floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom made for some relaxing ocean viewing. The master bath was large and spacious with 2 sinks. This was nice for my wife and I. The 2 queen beds in the guest room was perfect for our kids. Overall, a great trip and beautiful condo. The accent lights around the ceiling are dimmable and helps you set a comfortable vibe.

Beautifully decorated and upgraded. Beautiful view. Issue i had is it wasnt very clean. The kitchen counters were sticky with stuck on food. I had to clean all the surfaces. Bathroom tub needed a spruce up too. I also did not like the extra fees after you sign up. For insurance and parking which adds another 100 bucks. Otherwise it was nice.

This property is very welcoming and comfortable. Tastefully decorated and well kept. You can definitely can tell the difference between owners that care about their property and those who just want your money. If we come back this will definitely be a property to consider.

We made a last minute quick trip to the beach and needed something close to Thomas Drive. The condo was in perfect condition and matched the online descriptions. Ana was extremely helpful and accommodating for what we needed. Definitely would stay again!

The room was clean , spacious and beautifully decorated. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room. Our only complaint was the elevators weren’t always working and we had to take 6 flights of stairs.

The condo is absolutely beautiful! The views from the bedroom and the balcony are just amazing. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to make a meal. The place is extremely clean and the beds are comfortable. The resort has everything you would also need including an on-site restaurant, a little tiki bar, a place to get snacks. We felt like we didn't even have to leave the property!

Everything was perfect!! Condo was very clean and exactly like the photos. We will definitely try and stay again if we ever venture back to Panama City Beach.

The place was as described. Nice place but was not informed of parking fees at check in till arrival. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice to know ahead of time.

What I wonderful experience! Not only was the condo clean and updated (exactly as advertised), the communication w the owner was easy (extremely responsive). The property was beautiful, the pools were great, the staff was helpful, activities were appropriate for all ages and the beach - the most beautiful I’ve ever seen! We will definitely be back!

This condo was great for our little family this past week. It was surprisingly, very clean and we had no regrets! We had everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely a lovely stay. The only downside, is that not all the pools are heated, (just the one in front of the unit) and the beach was closed most of our entire stay-but that has nothing to do with this property. This property was exactly as listed. Easy check in and check out. Easy communication, easy beach access, plenty of things to do in surrounding area. Clean rooms, no issues, and no elevator wait!
