Stayed Feb 1, 2026Jennifer was an excellent host, the condo was beautiful, clean and the amenities were top notch, including a big pool and hot tub. The condo location was a very short walk to a private beach. The condo was only a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants at St Armand Circle and a 10 minute drive to downtown Sarasota. I really enjoyed my stay.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026This was our third time at Beachplace. Perfect jewel of a complex on the beach. Staying at this apt. gave us the corner light we wanted with large windows everywhere. Our host could not have made anything nicer or easier. Our interactions were always professional and warm. I highly recommend this place and host.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This is our first time staying on Longboat Key and we'll never stay anywhere else. The unit was so conveniently located and you can tell the owners take pride in their condo - quality bedding, towels, silverware, coffee maker etc, etc. We were also impressed with the amount of -maintenance activity around the entire association, post-hurricane with crews cleaning out dead bushes, leaves etc. The pool area is country club quality and just steps from an incredible beach which was never crowded. We'll be back!
