Stayed Apr 1, 2026Great pool,nicely equipped kitchen,could have used tv instructions in folder but figured it out,toilet flush handle got fixed immediately,beach chairs ok,entire Cedars East guests and owners could use a walkable entrance to gulf beaches, overall very good accomodations. Would reccommend.

Stayed Jan 17, 2026The house could use some deep cleaning and some attention. The kitchen cabinet fronts and blinds in the kitchen need cleaning. There was only a bare minimum of chipped dishes and glasses. We rolled up the pee-stained rug in the living room and put it in the garage that we were unable to use because the owners car was in there. We had to buy a Fire Stick to get YouTube TV app because we could not download it on the Roku in the house. The master bedroom mattress cover was torn and had a mysterious yellow-stain. The bedding was just a duvet insert with no cover. We like staying Cedars East for the tennis but this unit needs some love.

Stayed Feb 22, 2026Host was hit or miss on attention. Some issues were immediately followed up on. Others were responded wish automatic replies. There were some inaccuracies on the advertising as well. And some severe cleanliness problems. Condo is outdated and needs a good cleaning. Smells like pets on the furniture. Kitchen wasn’t well stocked.

Stayed Oct 25, 2025We had a week stay at this well located property. One issue on arrival was addressed promptly through the property manager who was easy to communicate with. Very well furnished property with excellent facilities on the cedars east complex. We particularly enjoyed the tennis. Constructive feedback is to make the beach access clearer as we struggled to locate, but did not detract from a great stay. We hope to be back!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We enjoyed our time here. Check-in and checkout was smooth. It was clean, bonus for amenities. Location is amazing and close to everything, from shopping spots to different beaches. We enjoyed a different beach location along Anna Maria Island each day: from a 2 minute walk to the beach near the house to a small drive to Siesta Key and Lido beach. Terry, Sandy, & Family thanks for hosting our family in your beautiful resort!

Stayed Mar 22, 2025The property was nice. A couple of items were left by the cleaning staff but quickly remedied. An ample amount of amenities were left for our use for the week and the wagon for the beach filled with lots of toys and chairs was great.

Stayed Jan 4, 2025My wife and I just finished a very nice stay at this property in Longboat key. The property is a three level townhouse with a garage on the lower level, kitchen and main living area on the main floor and two bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room upstairs. Overall the townhouse was very clean with new looking hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds and furniture. Access to the beautiful white sand beach is a short walk away, and there are ample chairs, umbrellas and a beach wagon in the garage. We also appreciated having access to the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Terry was very responsive and helpful throughout the rental, check in and check out process. We will definitely consider renting again in the future!
