Long-Term Rental: We are offering the option to sign a 6month or 1-year lease and then month-to-month (up until August 31, 2027). Electric is separate. We will send you a copy of the utility bill each month. This beautiful condo offers 2 bedrooms with King size beds (1 King bed can be separated into 2 single size beds) and 2 full bathrooms. This home comfortably sleeps 4. The interior living space is 884 sq ft. and the outdoor covered lanai space is an additional 183 sq ft. The total sq ft combined is 1067.

This home is fully stocked and ready to move in! There is a full size kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, utensils, cups, cutlery, plates/bowls, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Linens and towels are provided; there is a telephone for free calls to the USA and Canada. Cable television and FREE 5G (400 mbps) high speed secure Wi-Fi Internet access for your laptop and other devices. We provide hair dryer, full size ironing board and iron. The two bedroom windows have blackout curtains. There are beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, cooler, and an assortment of beach equipment and toys for the sand and sun.

Application and background check including a non-refundable fee of $44 are required. Once approved, a signed rental lease is required along with a fully-refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent to be held in a trust account.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to tenant. This privately owned condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals: GE-046-052-5568-01 and TMK 2-3-8-014-024-0031
