Stayed Jul 15, 2025Condo was clean, floors and counter tops were great! Ceilings (especially in bathroom) in need of repair. Walls had paint peeling in several places. I am sure it was a very nice place at one time but lots of things seemed neglected and needed to be taken care of.

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Half of the pool was blocked off due to construction in the tower beside it. This should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Shower didn't drain well and the sliding glass door is very difficult to open. We literally stood in water taking a shower. Condo is a little dated and could use some upgrades, but overall we enjoyed our stay and check in was a breeze. Management was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025The area of Panama City is great. The beach was not crowded at all which was great. About 1/3 of the main pool was blocked off due to construction. We had several rude encounters with security. The Hangout, the grill had extremely high food prices and hot draft beer at 8/12 oz cup. Overall the room was nice, the resort is not crowded, so it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay this past weekend. It was a rough start with the check in details but the property management was quick to respond and get us checked in. They followed up to make sure we made it to the room. The room is a little dated but overall it was nice. The pool area was nice and enjoyable.
