Villa 3131 features a lofted primarybedroom with a king-sized bed, offering privacy and a cozy retreat above the main living space. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep up to six guests.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a dining area for gathering, and a screened lanai overlooking the landscaped grounds and pool—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
