Being an end unit, you'll have enough extra privacy that this lives like a home. Enjoy some sunshine and your morning cup of coffee on the patio while you prepare for a day filled with adventures.

Enter into the split level unit and store your jackets in the mud room/laundry room. Head down the stairs into the living area with fireplace, flat screen tv, and dining area. Off of the living area are both a full kitchen and a private deck. The living and dining areas offer tons of windows. Down one level from the living area is a queen bedroom and adjacent full bathroom. Up two levels from the living area is the master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom as well as a work nook and a second private deck. Up one more level is another spacious queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom, large closet, and two twin bunk beds.

This unit is situated right near the grocery store and Telluride Lodge is just across the street from The River Trail. Lift 7 is also just across the street and The Vally Floor and bike trail is a stone's throw away. This unit offers the convenience of in-unit laundry and the complex also offers communal hot tubs. (Lodging In Telluride does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay).

    We loved our stay here! With 3 full bathrooms, and large bedrooms we had plenty of room. The living area was perfect. We were surprised when the kitchen had some cups, plates, and spoons perfect for a little one. We just wish the kitchen was a little better equipped. It was lacking some basic cooking tools including a rubber spatula and hot pads. I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the poorly equipped kitchen and because two out of three of the bathrooms had mold on the ceilings and looked older and worn.

    This condo is really nice. We loved the access to Telluride, the deck and common area, and having Clark’s right around the corner. The area was quiet at night. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were clear and easy. Parking was convenient. The only thing we didn’t love were the mattresses. We know that is different for every person, but no one in our group of seven thought the beds were comfy. But, even with that, we would rent this condo again.

    Great location and space/layout was perfect for our family of four! Parking for this particular condo was awesome and really convenient compared to other condos in the building. Great communication and quick response when we texted. Would definitely stay here again!
