Family-friendly location. Access to tennis, pickleball, restaurants within walking distance. Perfect pool. Not too crowded for a spring break vacation. We will return!

We entered an uncleaned condo. Food from last tenants were still in fridge and freezer. Floor/carpeting had trash ,old hair rubberbands, etc. There was old toothbrush container behind night stand in bedroom. Goop drippings on cabinet doors in master bathroom. And the master bed was a nightmare. We had to sleep in very middle of bed to not feel like rolling out of bed. Worst bed that we have ever stayed on.The elevator was broken half of our stay, leaving my husband with a bad knee, and my very pregnant daughter in law to climb up and down the stairs when we wanted to leave room. We had to tote stroller for toddler up and down as well. We were told that elevator breaks frequently !!!!! Sadly, I had read that in a review, but thought it was just a rare thing.Thankfully, The condo is located in perfect spot for seeing all around! That was a huge plus. We enjoyed that part. Unless you dont like noise. The host was very helpful with getting the condo cleaned properly when i called to complain.Although, by the time cleaner got there, i had cleaned fridge and bathroom gunk on cabinets,and begun wiping down areas with disinfectant wipes. The housekeeper vacumned and passed a mop. We missed dinner plans to wait for the cleaner because we did not want to leave our things unattended.All in all, had those issues not happened, the stay would have been great. The condo locationwas perfect !We have stayed at Baytown countless times. We had never had any of these issues before.

Clean unit with great view of village. Arrived late in the evening & had slight issue at check-in with door code - but thankfully it was quickly resolved. Also received a follow-up call the next day to confirm all was in working order. Very pleased with customer service & was overall a great stay. Will be looking to stay here again.

Location was great! The beds need updating. They seem to have some age on them. Great communication with My Vacation Haven!

Beautiful condo and premo location! I would definitely stay at that condo again. The only mishap would be upon checking in to our condo, when you send a text about the door codes, please SAY that the info below is to open your condo door. It was sent with no explanation as to what the codes were and after driving 14 hours to get there, the last thing I want to do is to NOT get into my condo! Other than that, we had an amazing time and would always book with you and the owners!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Master bed has a huge dip in it and Needs to be changed. The dryer is not vented so the moisture is all over the floor. Toilet in lock out unit kept unhooking & the bowl was full of mold. The tub in the lockOur unit did not have a stopper for the toddlers to bathe.

Management was always responsive to any questions we had and even warned us of a coming storm! The one thing we would suggest is that the king mattress be replaced as it sagged badly. Otherwise the condo is convenient, well-equipped and comfortable.

After 10 hours of driving the last thing you want to deal with is not being able to access the condo-The door for condo 454 should be replaced or fixed because it was a slight issue to open it-Location was key the convenience of shops and restaurants was nice
