Location, location~1 House from the Beach~Beautiful 2nd Fl w/Ocean-views

Owner incredibly responsive! First time staying at south end of OC and loved it! So close tp beach and job and nice property.

Very nice property and you can’t beat how close it is to the beach! Kim was wonderful host and gave great info and answered any questions right away!

By the second day, my toddler was referring to this house as “home sweet home.” It is clear that the owner, Kim, takes a lot of pride in her house and it is truly a welcoming home. Kim was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had an easy and pleasant stay. The house is nicely decorated, while also kid friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable which allows you to be well rested and enjoy the rest of your vacation. The location is perfect and super close to the beach! The roof deck with ocean views is an awesome bonus! We had a wonderful family vacation and can’t wait to come back again!

We absolutely adored this property. Although the Weather could not have been worse for Memorial Day Weekend (55°, 30mph winds and torrential rain) we still really enjoyed ourselves. We found every necessity accessible to cook some great fresh seafood dinners, entertain the cooped up kids and relax while catching up with our dear friends. A VERY short walk to both the beach and Dots Pastry’s. Thank you so much, Kim for being so kind and accommodating!

This was the nicest rental property we have had at the Jersey Shore! The house is in a great location, with a quick walk to the beach, park, restaurants and ice cream! It's a short drive to the boardwalk for mini golf, arcades and rides. They offer a fully supplied kitchen, comfortable living room, cable TV, Netflix, towels and linens and the roof deck is great for watching fireworks in Saturday nights! We expect to be back next year! The owners are a pleasure to deal with! We highly recommend!

We loved staying here for the week. The place was clean, warm and inviting. The decor was nice and beachy and we were provided with everything we needed to cook, clean and have fun as a family. We enjoyed grilling our dinner on the front deck and sitting out on the back deck with a cocktail. The roof deck provided a beautiful view of the sunset at happy hour. The owners were wonderful to deal with and very accessible. We went to the beach every morning for sunrise and every day to play on the beach in the ocean. The condo's location was wonderful because it is only one house in from the beach, so easy to walk back and forth from our spot on the beach. Highly recommend!
