Location Location! Perfect 2-Bedroom Condo On Main Street In Chatham

Clean accommodations throughout. Location was easy walking distance to everything in Chatham. Kitchen well-appointed and king bed was comfortable. Owners were friendly, personable, and informative. Great stay overall.

We had a wonderful stay in Chatham. The condo was beautifully decorated, equipped with everything we needed, and immaculate! The in town location was perfect! We will definitely hope to rent this unit again.

The location was perfect for strolling Main Street. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, great beds, lovely linens. We didn’t cook, but it looked like the kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood, easy onsite parking. Washer/dryer was a plus! Thanks for a great stay. I would come back again!

Perfect location in Chatham! Close to many shops and restaurants. Many attractions close by - whale watching (highly recommend), Provincetown (highly recommend), Chatham Bars Inn for afternoon cocktail (ditto), etc. etc. you will not be disappointed!

We had a marvelous long weekend in Chatham. The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy everything Main Street has to offer and easy to access all the wonderful beaches. The apartment itself was super clean, comfy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening with a chilled glass of wine before heading to a local restaurant. Oh and the dogs also had a lovely time !! Thank you. We hope to be back.

This was our second time at the condo in Chatham and it was a wonderful return. We really enjoy the space and accomodations. It has a great kitchen and having the grill on the porch is great for dinners. The location is excellent for local walks, getting to the beach and swimming and drives up and down the Outer Cape. Everything is clean and comfortable and the quiet, at this end of Main Street, is remarkable and welcome. We had a wonderful, restorative time and hope to be back again, same time next year.

Great location if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of Chatham. Walking distance to all the center of town has to offer. Property was clean and owners very communicative. A few minor wear and tear issues but nothing that significantly affected the stay. Perfect for a couple or a small family (so long as stairs up to the condo are not an issue). And a very sweet bernadoodle living downstairs!

The location is terrific. This was our second time there and we enjoyed our stay as much as the first time. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Looking forward to returning again.

Family of 4 with 2 kids ages 3 and 8. Place was as described and you can’t beat the location. Kids loved the owners doggie :)

The beautiful cedar shake Victorian is located right in the quintessential town of Chatham and has easy access to main street shops/restaurants and beaches. The condo is nicely appointed and gets the best light. The hosts are on the premises so communications are easy. And bonus - they have the sweetest bernadoodle

We had a wonderful time at the Atkins House in Chatham. it is centrally located on Main Street, while far enough from the shops to ensure quiet -- and a close walk to the beach and the other walking routes in the area. The accomodations were perfect for our needs with generous space, great light from the windows and a kitchen that enabled us to cook good meals and enjoy the pleasure of an outdoor grill. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived, and we tried to make sure we left it that way. We really enjoyed our stay -- and had a perfect time, the end of summer in Cape Cod. We look forward to returning.

Perfect week on the cape. The apartment was perfect. Loved being right in town and so close to the beach. Our hosts were lovely. They provided everything needed to insure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location in downtown Chatham. Short walk to the beach, Chatham Bars Inn and quaint shops. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated that both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The hosts were so friendly and attentive. We’re looking forward to visiting again next year!

Very clean and comfortable place in ideal location within walking distance to restaurants / baseball field / beaches / shopping. Comfortable beds / nice kitchen / nice bathrooms / grill / beach chairs / shed to store bikes and paddle board made the visit very enjoyable. Great communication with Allan & Eliza throughout including talking with Allan in-person at check-in. Highly recommend.

Wow! What an amazing week we had and selecting this property for our home base was an excellent choice. The location right on Main Street was so convenient and allowed us to walk with ease for coffee, dinner, ice cream and shopping…. And lots of great options for all. The 2 beaches close by were both lovely. The layout, cleanliness and decor of the property were all top notch.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this updated, very nice upstairs apartment. Beds were so comfortable and the place was super clean. Perfect location for shopping and walk to the beach. Owners were welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

I really liked how convenient it was to the town of Chatham. You can never find parking in town so it was very nice to have a spot to park in. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhoods to get to the lighthouse and beach.

Perfect hideaway in the best location in Chatham. Our hosts were super easy to communicate with, although no communication necessary - everything was as described or better. The apartment has all necessities and comforts - only shopping we needed to do was fresh fish for the grill. :) Dog-friendly too, including the super-chill dog host! Can't wait to return!!
