Stayed Jun 20, 2026Really fantastic property, perfect for the four of us. Location was excellent, right in the center of downtown Aspen. The condo was provisioned with everything from basic kitchen supplies to games and outdoor equipment. And the parking right in the basement was so convenient. Around the corner from Paradise Bakery, down the street from the City Market - again, the location couldn’t have been better!

Stayed Mar 11, 2026I recently returned from a ski trip to Aspen with some friends and this unit was an excellent home base. The location is simply unbeatable. Right in town and a short walk to the gondola or bus terminal. While the decor is not fancy - it has everything you need and everything worked fine. The entire building is under construction but it doesn't really impact the unit - and the workers removed a scaffold that was blocking our view (which is awesome) as soon as we asked. Finally, our flight out of Aspen got cancelled and we were in a jam, but the owner and property manager were easy to contact and were super accommodating by letting us stay an additional night. We will definitely try to rent this unit again on our next trip to Aspen.

Stayed Mar 12, 2023Great place and lives up to billing and description. Very convenient to all Aspen has to offer with restaurants and skiing all within 3 minutes walking. Also the shuttle to the other mountains is 75 yards from Condo. Look forward to renting again in any season!
