Location, Location, Location, King Master+Queen Guest

This is my second time staying here. It was as great the second time as it was the first.

Clean and well-equipped home. Great location. Host was responsive and provided detailed information for location directions, area dining recommendations and home operations. We truly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, including cooking spices and much more.

I've stayed in dozens of VRBO properties in the last 5 years. This is one of my favorites. Super responsive owner. Above and beyond in regard to feeling at home and having the amenities you need. Small things like including YouTube TV so I don't have to bother with setting mine up, to providing K-Cup pods so I don't have to run out and buy coffee on the first day.

Great condo layout and relaxing stay! The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room in the fridge and freezer for all your food and drinks. It has everything you need if you enjoy cooking your own meals. The living room features a massive, comfy couch—perfect for lounging and watching TV. Both bedrooms are spacious, and the king bed in the primary bedroom is especially comfortable. The separate bathrooms are a great bonus for added convenience and privacy.The condo was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It’s located right on a golf course, offering beautiful views and access to peaceful walking trails—perfect for a morning walk or some quiet time outdoors. The pool and hot tub area was also a highlight—clean, relaxing, and a great way to unwind after a day out.The location is super convenient, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other local amenities. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, and check-in was simple and stress-free.Highly recommend this spot for a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay!

Clean updated and great location especially if you like to golf

Great location for golf courses, restaurants, hiking, old town Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. Condo is extremely well kept and updated. Owners were super accessible and responsive. We would stay there again.

Diane and Chris are fantastic hosts and their home is beautiful! Super clean and comfortable and supplied with anything you’d need. The area is lovely & accessible to fun restaurants & activities!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Condo is centrally located to shopping and attractions. Property is located among several other residential developments and units are close together. Privacy is limited. Condo is tastefully furnished and comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Air purifiers are a great addition. Owners were responsive to questions we had and helpful. They provided detailed information about the condo and property access in advance. Silverado Golf Course is a short walk from the unit. The grille there offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also get drinks on the balcony and enjoy a great golf-course view. Overall, it is a well-managed, clean and comfortable place to stay and we enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it.

Very clean space, well stocked kitchen and baths, comfortable beds. The air purifiers were a nice addition. Perfect location so close to several golf courses, fine dining, and the bike trails.

Lots of hiking and wonderful dinners out nearby.

This property was wonderful. Close to everything we wanted to visit. The condo was properly appointed with all we needed and very spacious. Instructions about getting into and out of the property were clear. As well as instructions for the TV and thermostat. Overall the owners of this property contributed to an excellent visit to Phoenix.

This property is exactly as advertised. Great location, great accommodations and extremely responsive and gracious hosts.

Loved staying here! Cozy and Charming. Perfect location with everything we needed. Definitely high on my list of places to stay at whenever I travel to Scottsdale. The hosts are great!

The condo was very clean, filled with amenities, had a great balcony, and is located right next door to Silverado golf club. This area is great for walking or bicycling, and is convenient to many shopping area. The condo is exactly as is shown on the VRBO website. We enjoyed our 11-day stay and Diana was very responsive to any issues, which were very few. We would highly recommend this location. John & Kathleen, Aurora OH

They thought of everything to make you feel like you were home. The kitchen is great if you like to cook. Again, they thought of everything! Great host. I've stayed at many VRBOs. This is the best one in a while. There were no disappointments, only delights!

The home was beautiful and our stay was very peaceful.

Check in process was a breeze and the property is exactly as described. Unit is well stocked with all the things you need for a great stay. Good communication and speedy responses from owner. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this place for our trip to Phoenix/Scottsdale for the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Everything needed was there for us including pool towels which is awesome to not have the drag those across the country. The location was so perfect as pretty much everything we wanted to see and the restaurants we had reservations at were all within 20 minutes. We used Uber to get around so we weren't driving after having drinks and it never took more than 5 minutes for us to get picked up at the property. The community pool was perfect to escape the mid-day heat too. The beds and couch were super comfortable too. We had to work a few hours the first day we arrived and the WiFi supported multiple remote workers for the day without any issues as well. Overall, just a five star property for sure!
