We stay here every other year, and it does not disappoint!!! You can’t beat this location!

When it says location, they mean GREAT LOCATION!!! Balcony overlooking the beach and plenty of room inside! Private parking and centrally located makes it an amazing choice!!! Tracy was awesome to work with as well!!! Highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness! The smell when we entered let us know. The bathtubs should be cleaned better. We washed dishes by hand before we used them. Had to buy coffee, trash bags, paper towels & cleaning supplies. The cost of a new shower head is only about 50, the current ones both need replace. The ceiling must have had leaks because you could see mold around the air vents. Beds were not comfy. The location was the only good thing about this place.

Parking was great, easy and secured. Could walk right out to the beach. Big pool and hot tubs. Didnt use the gym but it looked nice. Picture's on line looked fancier then it was but was still a nice condo.

This condo is such a great location to enjoy the beach as well as many other area attractions. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Awesome place to stay. Room is directly in line with the crossing to beach(after u go down stairs etc) made it great to keep an eye on the teens at the beach or in the pool. Great layout. Huge rooms and bathrooms as described. Highly recommended

The location was great for us as we like to stay in that area. It was nicely decorated and has beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys available in the unit for guests to use. We were thankful for that! The view can’t be beat (which is why we like to stay in that area). The first two nights were rough sleeping as the pillows were flat and the king bed was not comfortable. I communicated the pillow issue on the second day as I knew that it could be easily addressed and Tracy immediately addressed it as was not aware of the pillows being flat. She delivered some to the unit which was so kind of her. Very appreciated! The floors could have been cleaned better as we had to wear shoes inside to keep our feet from being dirty, the sliding glass door had fingerprints and smears on it, and the balcony needed swept off as it was was covered with sand, dirt, and hair that kept getting tracked in every time we went out on it. There were some other areas that were in need of attention and that need occasional cleaning like baseboards, bathroom cabinets, etc. I am pretty observant of things like this as I own a rental and private home cleaning business. Overall, a good stay.

The hosts were great at communication. The property is in a fantastic location with a great view. The condo itself is nicely set up. It was clean and had everthing we needed. The only slight negative is that it was a bit noisy at times. The bedrooms are right off the outside hallway so if other guests are loud you can hear them. We had a great time and would recommend it overall.

We had a wonderful time. Condo is cute and cozy with a amazing view. The beach is close, right across the road. Loved sitting on balcony and we did see some dolphins!

We enjoyed our annual trip to the Destin area even more with this unit! Quick walk to the beach, Kilwin’s, and even Bad Ass coffee made this a great location. Clean and well cared for!

We got to have a girls trip and do all the things beach!! Perfect location to all our favorite places and the place was prestine!! Will stay there again.

A prime location work easy access to the beach! The unit had everything we needed for the weekend! Great parking and safe area! The views of the beach were excellent! We will be back!

We came to Miramar Beach to golf, relax and enjoy the area. The unit was perfect for 2 couples.

Our family had a nice and relaxing time at this condo. Location was great for everything we wanted to do for entertainment and restaurants, property had all amenities we needed and it was right on the beach. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Will stay again.

The condo was comfortable and as just described. No issues at all. Would book again for a longer stay and during warmer weather.

Everything was just as advertized. Reasonable rates, gorgeous view from either side of the building. Bed was so comfortable. Loved the interior design.

Exactly what it was supposed to be

This property rental was exactly as described, excellent location, and pleasing views. Walking took about 75 strides from the front road to the ocean water. The large pools and fitness center provided relaxation and a workout. Perfect beach location for anyone. Noise level was at minimum in condo although I could hear vent fans turn on in surrounding units. When a concern came up about the master toilet, that was corrected also. Overall very quiet for October. TV was fine for football. I loved that the kitchen was well stocked to cook and eat in and we also recommend Tuscany Italian Bistro. Plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy. Tracy and Mike provided excellent activity information for us to consider and explore. A+ vacation and we will make plans to book Miramar Beach again.

Nice property. Easy access to beach and pool. Condo was decent. Nice kitchen equipped well. Floors were not very clean. We did find a broom we used on floors.

We had a great stay at this location. The entire property was clean and quiet. The walk across the beach was easy and safe. Tracy was awesome with her communication and also allowed us to check in a few hours early. Master bed was comfy and the A/C worked well. We didn't really do any cooking while there, as we wanted to enjoy eating at a variety of seafood restaurants. However, there were some decent starter supplies, so I would take inventory before going to the store.

This is the 4th year I have stayed at the Majestic Sun 212A. The location is perfect, I have plans for 2 trips in 2025. The host was great when we had left a bag in the room. She made it very easy during a stressful few hours.
