If you’re looking for a property that is within walking, or biking distance from Coligny Plaza, close to some restaurants and bars, and literal steps away from the beach, look no further. Had wonderful mornings on the patio with a coffee here in the sounds of the ocean, spent our mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool. Hier recommend you give this serious consideration, you will not be disappointed!

The host was friendly and welcoming. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us and on the beach. It was close to many of the sites we wanted to see. Would recommend!

Beautiful accommodations, super quick and easy communication with the owner. I would highly recommend. One of the easier walks to the beach in the area.

I can still see in my minds eye the beautiful landscape and hear the gentle crashing waves. So soothing.

Good location. Good parking. Little trouble watching TV, please leave directions how to operate would be helpful! Everywhere you go, each TV is different ie: Rocu, YouTubeTv......need directions which remote to use, etc. Would use this VRBO again!

The location is wonderful- close to many restaurants, shops, and just a 3 minute walk to the beach. We loved starting our day on the porch with some coffee (although there were no correct coffee filters provided.) Make sure to bring bug spray though because the mosquitos were really bad (I left with over 30 bites!) The kitchen is small but usable, but we didn’t cook. There was only one extra blanket that we could find, but plenty of towels. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper, so if you’re staying for longer you may want to bring some. You do have neighbors, and we were awoken two mornings before 8am to a tile cutter outside the door who was replacing tile in the next unit. If you’re sensitive to sound or light when you sleep, you may want to bring an eye mask and earplugs because the AC in the bedroom is loud and has lights that don’t go off. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The listing is very accurate, and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. You can also rent two chairs and an umbrella right on the beach. You are on the bottom floor, and there is the condo pool and the Hilton pool both right in front of the balcony, so kids can be loud at all hours. I’d recommend this listing though just because of the proximity to the beach.

This unit had everything we wanted. We could not be closer to the beach and pool. The balcony had a good view. The kitchen was just big enough, with a full sized refrigerator and plenty of plates and equipment. The beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was convenient.

Second time we have stayed at this property. Nice location and well maintained. Units are small but comfortable for my wife and I.

The cutest little beach house made for the perfect long weekend vacay for my husband and I. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay!

We stayed in April and chose this place for the location and heated pool. As far as location it’s great and close to everything. Great view from the balcony. Unfortunately, pool was freezing, even for my child it was too cold so that was a bummer. Kids beds were covered in sand when we checked in. I contacted the owner and it got resolved quickly. No beach chairs provided. So you have to bring your own or rent.

Nice place. Stayed for 2 nights. Overall I would recommend. Great view, safe, walked to dinner both nights (about a 5-6 min walk).

This could have been an amazing vacation. However, when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned . The trash was full in the bath and kitchen, Beds unmade. Used towels everywhere. Hair in the sink and table and crumbs on kitchen table. I spoke with the host and she did agree to a full refund and we left. BUT I had to argue with VRBO to get the full refund as she tried to only refund the nightly rate AFTER she had agreed on a full refund.

We especially loved the excellent location. It was a short walk to the beach and a moderate walk to Coligny -- either by sidewalk or by beach. It was so convenient that we didn't even bother renting bikes. The condo was a perfect size for a couple. It was very clean, and the furniture and bed were comfortable. There were two minor flaws, but they were not significant enough for me to downgrade the rating. First, one washrag per person seemed unnecessarily stingy. I realize some don't use them, but I've never heard of anyone re-using a washrag. Towels yes, washrags no. Second, the kitchen was very sparse in terms of basic condiments. We had to go to Target to buy additional washrags, salt, and pepper. However, I highly recommend this place as long as you're willing to pack a few extra items with you.
