Location, Location, Location! 6th Floor Corner Unit, Incredible Panoramic Views!

My wife and I had an amazing time during our stay. The location was awesome and the view from condo was wonderful. Having beach chairs included with the rental and being right on the beach was a huge plus. The restaurant and bars onsite were great. The Tidewater staff were very kind and helpful. We will be back for sure!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this rental! We decided last minute to come down for a long weekend and snagged this place! It was absolutely beautiful and everything was perfect! Beach chair check-in was smooth as well! Everything was just so convenient, couldn’t ask for anything better! Aundrea was so helpful and friendly! You will not regret staying here!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was beautiful. Awesome view. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were great. Property was very clean. Pool was great Garrett at the tiki bar by the pool was fantastic. Easy access to the beach. Overall great experience . Will definitely go back. We had a blast.

Great, great condo. Every detail has been covered. The owners were great to work with, responsive and informative. Would highly recommend and I look forward to returning next year.

Great location! Close to restaurants and stores. 6th floor means not waiting for the elevator! Beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. Being the end unit also means much less foot traffic and noise outside of your door. Clean and well stocked. Soft plush bath towels and I couldn’t have asked for a better mattress! Would definitely recommend!

Unit was very clean with every amenity you can think of. Unit is on the east side of the building so you can see a beautiful sunrise but you need to go outside to see the sunset. You have a great view of the beach. The mattress on the bed is soft, I prefer a firm mattress because I have a bad back. Unit has DirecTV so you have every channel and also plenty of other apps/channels to watch. AC and all other appliances worked great. Resort also has many amenities and a restaurant and bar. Overall it was great and we had a wonderful time.

We loved the corner balcony 360 view of ocean and pier park. Large kitchen with plenty of space and tools/appliances to use. Washer/dryer, bunk beds, large Roku tvs. I give it a 9.2 out of 10.

The location and the condo is beautiful. We loved the view from the balcony and was able to sit out early mornings and late evenings. The weather was unpredictable and the ocean was very rough due to storms around us. We had 2 good days we could get in the water. Thats typical for August. The condo was very clean and well supplied with the essentials we needed. We weren't too impressed with the mattress on the beautiful ling sized bed. We are used to a bit firmer mattress. Also, the channels for the tv didn't have regular broadcasting networks and some of the cable networks asked for codes to be updated. Overall. We enjoyed our stay

Absolutely gorgeous and clean condo! It has everything you need including all kitchen accessories! I would definitely stay again. Looks exactly like the pictures! Owner is awesome to keep in contact to remind you of your upcoming stay! Very comfortable bed as well! The only complaint would be the elevators but that is no fault to the owners of the condo.

The property looks like it’s on the ocean corner side but it’s on the side of the garage so you can’t see the whole beach like we thought. But we found ourselves waiting sometimes an hour and a half or more for an elevator to stop or we would have to call security to send someone up in an elevator to get us… which still took 45min easy. The first night the ac went out so it hit the 80s inside made for a horrible night trying to sleep. We had to flip breakers and shut off the unit then had to re hook the thermostat to the internet just to get it to where it would start to cool again. We normally stay in Miramar or Destin and we will go back there after this trip. I would not stay in the tidewater ever again after wasting 3-4 hours a day waiting on elevators or hiking stairs with children. The area looks more run down around the condo also everything is outdated unless you go to Pier park which is one of the nicer areas around.

The property was decorated nicely & was very clean. Had nice updated appliances in the kitchen & the washer & dryer worked very well. We have stayed at Tidewater before in an ocean facing, center unit on a higher floor. In comparison, there was loud construction going on all day at the property next door, there was a lot of road noise (especially in the afternoon & nighttime), you could hear the tenants next door (who had a crying baby), & there is quite a bit of pool noise. So, if you're going to enjoy the balcony & sounds of the ocean, it will have to be extremely early or pretty late. The TVs were both Smart TVs & worked very well. The living room furniture was comfortable & seemed in good order. Surprised there was not a sleeper sofa, it would make a great addition, in my opinion, especially if you have teens that are getting a little tall for bunks. The king matress appears to be newer, but for us it was incredibly too soft. You sink in so much it is very hard to get comfortable & was not great on our backs sadly. So we did not rest very well unfortunately. Also, our daughter said that the twin matress on the bottom bunk was also very uncomfortable. She decided that the couch was more comfortable to sleep on a few nights, until we went to Walmart and bought a matress topper to put over the matress. (We left this behind). In the bedroom, the fan makes a loud scartching sound when on & the HVAC unit is Extremely loud & makes noise when it comes on, which seemed to be a lot

This Condo was just right for our family of four! It was clean. The balcony has a great view! The amenities were wonderful! It felt like home away from home! We will definitely be back!

The unit was awesome for a weekend trip! The bed was super comfy and we greatly enjoyed being able to get chairs with umbrellas down at the beach.

Very nice location. Unit, owner and resort staff were great. Highly recommend this location and condo. Can not wait to return to this area and resort/condo. The local stores, restaurants and entertainment locations were extremely helpful and made are stay experience wonderful.

The property was amazing. I was solo but the corner unit was perfect. Everything I needed was readily a salable. I would highly recommend and would definitely love to return to this game property.

Love the corner condo. Lot of privacy Only issues which is no fault of the landlord was the was a couple of elevators were out of service.

We so enjoyed our time at this condo. It was so nice and very clean. The bed was so comfortable! First time we stayed somewhere that the bed didn’t bother our back. We will definitely be coming back to this condo the next time we are in Panama City Beach again.
