Everything was so organized! Clean - easy to beach access! Will be back

The place itself inside was fine. The patio was on the first floor and the view was a big mud hole. The workers asked me if the owner gave me a credit due to the awful view. I didn’t know to ask since the description said the view was lovely. It was extremely disappointing. But, Tracy was very responsive. We did find lots of dust and dirt in the sofa fold out bed. Would not rent this again. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay. I would have rated 5 stars all around, but there was exterior painting of the buildings and the equipment (2 huge platform lifts) was right off the patio. So we didn’t really get to enjoy the view (or quiet cup of coffee in the morning). The owners did tell us about the painting, we just didn’t realize it would be right outside our door (and I’m sure the owners didn’t know that either). We would definitely stay there again once there’s no construction happening.

The grounds with the pools, pond and fire pit were nice. We spent enjoyable nights at the pit. The construction on our unit was dirty and noisy. The furnishings for the unit were very high end but way too large for the size of rooms. The 4 poster bed was too high for my wife to get into. When we complained to Tracy, she was very condescending. She jumped on the bed and said that’s how it’s done. Like my 84 year old wife could do that. She said you should have known how high it was from the pictures. She did then bring an old step stool so my wife could get into bed. The dresser at the end of the bed is too large so the space between it and the bad doesn’t enable standing in front of it and opening a drawer.

Had all the amenities. Wonderful view. Would most definitely come back again. I look forward to it!!

Pictures did not do the condo justice. Unit was very clean and our host was on top of everything.

Perfect set up very clean. Everything we needed was there and what we didn’t have win Dixie couple blocks down had! Grill area very nice. Will rent again wonderful anniversary trip.

The property was beautiful. The kitchen was updated had nice appliances. Tracy was very responsive we had an issue with the hot water and she rushed a plumber out on a Sunday and had it repaired. We were right across the road from the ocean making it less than a minutes walk to enjoy the amazing view we had ever seen! We were wishing minutes of outlet stores, restaurants and several activities.

Totally impressive

The place is Awesome!!! Excellent location, a few steps from the gate to the beach. The pool is huge and super nice for after the beach!! Less than 5 min from grocery store and a very good restaurant. The check in was great and the host was super nice with communication! The only little concern was that the cleaning was a little sub-par once we checked in.

This was a great place to relax and have fun!! The pool, close location to beach and rainy day shopping made this a perfect vacation! The condo was clean, filled with great amenities and a wonderful location! Hosts responded to questions quickly and were wonderful to talk with! Great experience!

The condo is very nice inside and out!!! Located right across the street from a beautiful public beach access point. The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept, exactly as pictured!! Very easy to come up from the beach and rinse off right by the pool before getting in. There is also a very nice tennis/basketball court, which my son was very happy to see. The only thing I want to mention is that I thought this was a ground floor condo because of the patio photos. It technically is ground floor on one side, but you do either have to walk up quite a few steps or take the elevator and walk a ways to get to the condo from the parking lot. Once you're in the condo, you can leave from the patio and walk directly out to the grounds. I have some issues walking up stairs and was looking for a ground level only so I was disappointed in myself for not confirming it was truly ground level. Again though, the location, property grounds, and inside of the condo were absolutely beautiful and my family had a great time. The hosts were also incredibly responsive and kind, you can tell they really take care of this place! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants easy beach access, excellent pools, and easy access to surrounding restaurants and shops.

The condo was very nice and very clean. The condo is very close to several things that interest us. Our host was very kind and left detailed instructions. My daughter and I were percent happy.

We are a family of 5 with 3 children under 10. This was the perfect place. It’s on the first floor so it’s straight out the door and across the street or just across the bridge to the pool. You can easily walk to Alvin’s or Surf Hut to eat or even walk further to other places. The condo is clean and has everything you need. My wife says we should stay here next year.

Great Location walk right across street to beach!

My husband and I ended up booking this condo for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! It was our home away from home. It had utensils, cookware, towels, a comfy bed, washer and dryer, etc! One thing we really loved was the view! It was absolutely beautiful and we loved opening the back door to sit outside. We would definitely love to come back!

The property was beautiful and we had a wonderful weekend. We were in town for a wedding. A short walk across the street to the beach, and plenty to do and see in the area.

Great location. In proximity to many different points of interest. Property provided amenities to assist with check-in / check-out. Dewey Destins was the best seafood, hands down.

We enjoyed our long weekend getaway. The listing was accurate in that the location is great! Easy access to the beach and also convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Space was clean and comfortable. We hope to return soon!

The location is right across the beach. You can go for an early morning or evening walk and don’t have to worry about parking a car.There is a pond in the Resort with Koi fish and some turtles. You can feed them. The kids spent an entire afternoon with this activity.The accommodation was neat and cozy and plenty of kitchen stuff to cook a fast meal. We have picky eaters, this kitchen was a very helpful.There restaurants within 5 mins drive and some real yum food too.Groceries and shopping is within 5 mins.Couldn’t ask for a better location

We enjoyed the area! Our stay was short but loved the beach, especially the easy access and the convenient near by restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was very well equipped!

The name of this place says it all. Could not be a better location. So close to the beach and so much more. We walked to coffee, breakfast, shopping, dinner, and the beach. Everything was wonderful!

Easy process and a great location next to the beach.

Unconditional was very nice, it’s big, good use a better floor cleaning as our socks were dirty in minutes. Did not call as we didn’t want outsiders there. So I cleaned it myself. Otherwise it was nice. Very disappointed with the inaccurate listing as it states “Luxury, Gulf front resort Condo,” it is NOT oceanfront, it is second row with a view of the street, a parking lot with vehicles and a guardrail, no ocean views as shown in the pictures and when I questioned this well in advance of our arrival, I was told it was beautiful ocean views. We pay good money to see the ocean for our ten days away, to watch the sun rise and set and seeing the ocean when we wake up throughout our vacation. This was nothing like the listing and no ocean gulf front views at all. Very disappointed. I can rent a condo anywhere with street views..

We love everything about this condo and its location. Check in couldnt be better. Very safe and secure, and totally inclusive if you want it to be. Convenient acess to necessities. One of the best beach access in Miramar beach. The most important part- very stress free check in and check out. Tracy is very prompt at replying. I really dont know what could be better about our Miramar Beach vacations.

We found that we loved the Mirimar Beach on our last trip. This location is right across the street from it and we walked over to it every day, it was great!

I fell in love with Destin and their place only helped. As I’m thinking of my next vacation, I still think of Destin and I would book at this place again ❤️

Beautiful condo very roomy one bedroom, king size bed is very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Location is great for beach, restaurants, coffee shops all walking distance. Resort pools are very nice and large fire pit, we enjoyed renting a golf cart that is available on property. Tracy is great to rent from!

The king bed was SUPER comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed for a very nice week on the beach. If I had ONE thing I wish I could change would be to be high enough to see the ocean. Because it is on the bottom floor and the property is a little lower than the road, you can't really see the water from the condo. But, it is VERY accessible. We took sunrise and sunset walks easily. And, there was a little area to water-hose off right inside the pedestrian gate off Alamo street. It really was perfect! Thank you!!

This was one of my favorite places to stay and I have been coming down for the past 15 years. This year was first year with just me and my daughter. I look forward to our next stay next year. Will definitely be a top choice on my list.
