Location, Location... Across Street From Base Of Peak 9, Right In Town!

Property was great for location. Bedding was in need of refreshing especially for sofa bed. Property owner was great at communication. Best aspect was the location.

The sofa bed still needs a lot of help (even considering the mattress pad)

Comfortable condo in a perfect location for access to the slopes and downtown. My son and I really enjoyed our stay! Special shoutout to the property manager Jeff who provided the most thorough pre-visit email I've ever received from a VRBO host.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is quaint and older, but perfect for the two of us. The location is great, and the directions to the unit were clear and easy to follow. We would definitely consider coming back!

Excellent location and clean but condo is showing its age. Pictures better than condition.There was no coffee for coffee maker. We have stayed in numerous Vrbo locations and always been provided coffee. So we had to seek out coffee and purchase. Hopefully this was just an over site by owner.

This property is at the perfect location! We parked our car and didn’t move it until we left. The condo has a nice deck overlooking the river. It is comfortable and well appointed with all the necessities. Our only complaint was there is no AC and the bedroom window did not open. The condo temp was warm. The Mexican restaurant on the main floor is delicious and soooooo convenient. We enjoyed it along with several others along Main Street.Be aware that the parking garage is an elevator ride and a walk down a hallway before you get to the condo.Overall, I give it 5 stars!

Easy check in and out. On site secured parking. The location is perfect and we walked everywhere for our entire trip. The deck/patio overlooking the river and pond is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage at any time of day. We’d stay here again!

Property is small but in a great location. Wish the bed was a king. The property owner was very helpful and prompt with responses when we had a question. Overall a good experience!

Great locationHot tub was not working…looked like it had been down for awhile and will not be fixed anytime soon.

Location is great and centralized to the main street. Outside area was nice to sit in. Place could have a little makeover as it is showing its age but still nice. But would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to everything in town and we were within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and the gondola ride. Definitely will stay again!

Amazing location, great view from the deck, very cozy and comfortable

Property was just as advertised. We loved having our coffee and breakfast every morning on the deck with the amazing view of the mountains. The secured garage parking was also definitely a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this property.

This unit was fantastic for the two of us. Clean, comfortable and in the middle of everything. Totally walkable to gondola, restaurants and shopping. Mexican restaurant downstairs was a great asset. We would stay here again in an instant. Host exceeding responsive and helpful with advice.

Great spot close to everything and across the street to the lift

The unit is only a 5 minute walk to the lift as well as being very convenient for walking downtown.The unit has a nice view (especially with the lights at night).It was nicely furnished.

Clean accessible location next to lifts

Don't worry about early check-in. The ability to park in a warm garage to prepare for the first day of skiing as well as going straight from the slopes to the road was a pleasant surprize! Rent ski gear from Blue River - they are in the building - great prices online in advance. Short 5 to 10 min walk to Peak 9 lift. Mi Casa Mexican Restaurant also in the building - great food!

Property is very convenient to every you would want to be. Close to lifts. Close to restaurants and downtown.

I picked this condo because of the reviews I'd read and let me tell you, it was indeed a perfect location. You do not need a car while staying here. My son and I stayed here and it was absolutely perfect. It is fully stocked and within walking distance of everything with a beautiful view of downtown. Quicksilver Lift is less than a 5 minute walk from the door. We rented skis and boots from the ski rental at the base of Peak 9 and left our skis there at the end of the day so we didn't need to carry them back to the condo. Communication with the owner, Jeff was superb. He was quick to respond and answered all my questions. Should we return to Breck someday, this will be the condo we rent:)Thank you Jeff, for a perfect ski vacation!!

Property was wonderful. Easy to get to and walking distance to all the great bars and restaurants in Breck. Jeff was very helpful and provided easy communication.

Incredibly nice and responsive host. Awesome location, right in heart of everything which made our time very relaxed. Only word of advice, (and this is NOT a negative about the place or the host - because this was totally my fault) when parking in garage make sure you don’t park slightly crooked or at all on the yellow lines because you’ll get a tow warning sticker.
