Location, amenities, scenery . . . this place has it all!

Location, location, location. This place is 3 minute walk to bars, shops and amazing food. Very clean, fast response from owner etc. Photos were accurate. New appliances were installed! Cozy but perfect stay!

It’s located in the perfect location. Cute, clean and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. They had everything we needed. The toys were such a hit for my littles. Overall one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

The property is well situated near shopping and restaurants. The condo is a nice and cozy place to stay. The host was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughters and I stayed here and it was perfect! We were just a short walk into midtown but had plenty of room to run and play outside as well. the property was perfect and the owner even stopped by to do some work and gave us some great ideas for things to do! He was the absolute sweetest!

This was a nice clean place! We had a blast cooking, watching TV, hiking, watching the elk that came up near the condo, and walking to the nearby downtown shops in Ruidoso. Our kids had a blast playing some of the boardgames as well! Guy is a super friendly host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend this place!

This was the perfect location to stay in Ruidoso. The house was clean. Plenty of room for my family. If you want to cook instead of eating there is everything you need. I thought this was one of the better places ove stayed with my family. I'd stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Guy’s condo. The Christmas decor was so cute and perfect for our home away from home for Christmas. Excellent space and location. Thank you!

Awesome place close to downtown

The home was cozy and had everything we needed. Very much appreciated extra spices/condiments/oil that was available to use!

This place is close to everything, but needs a little TLC the lighting is poor on the outside of the front door and there's a step that's probably unsafe.

All we found was old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Other than that we had all we needed and more. The location is perfect!

It was amazing but there was no gas to grill. We have to buy a tank because the one they have was locked. The owner texted later about a key to unlock it but it was too late. I think there should be always gas in the tank for the new commers.

Ruidoso is a beautiful place and our location was excellent. Very close to midtown.

This is a very spacious condo located within walking distance and both great shopping and restaurants. The host has everything you might need available, from toiletries to food items. It is a little dated, but still so very cozy and comfortable. Overall, I would rate this a 9.5 out of 10. No issues at all.

We arrived in Ruidoso just as the town was being evacuated due to the terrible wildfires. We contacted the owner who quickly responded and provided suggestions on alternatives, as we had to quickly adjust our plans and leave the area. He remained in contact with us and processed a full refund immediately due to the extenuating circumstances. We hope to return to this booking in Ruidoso in the future and would highly recommend this host!

This property was beautifully decorated, felt very homey, very roomy & location was so nice & accessible---loved that we had our own parking spot!!

The house was great, cozy and convenient location would rent again.
