*Location!* 4bd/3ba Condo, Center of Downtown TC

Property was awesome, and an incredible location directly in the middle of downtown. Everything is walking distance.Only issue was nothing the owner could do about, but there was no 15 minute loading parking out front, due to the road being closed down for construction. Mornings were loud with the workers right outside the windows.

Great location. Very personal and prompt communication with host. Accommodated our group of 5 ladies very comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

Our family spent a long weekend in April at this 4 bed/3 bath condo. It met our expectations and more. The suite was spacious, clean and had comfortable seating for all 6 of us. We brought along our 86 yo father and the ADA master bath and elevator were perfect for him. It was wonderful to be located in the heart of TC, which meant we had so many walkable choices for food, drinks and shopping. Daena & team were quick to respond to our questions. We would love to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Daena was a great host and it was a great place to stay, its location works well for walking to the downtown area of Traverse City.

Our stay at this downtown Traverse City condo was fantastic. The location truly can’t be beat-right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches that made the space amazingly comfortable for all six of us. The furnishings were high-quality, the bed was extremely comfortable and the overall layout made it easy to relax after a day on the wine trail. Mallory is a wonderful host and an excellent communicator. If you’re looking for a place that combines a prime downtown location with excellent room quality, this pace is an outstanding choice. We would absolutely stay here again!Mark

Location, location, location! Besides the comfortable sitting room to drink our coffees in the morning and nice size table to play cards around for a group of six, we really enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants and shops without the hassle of getting into the car and worrying about driving!

The unit is very nice! It’s well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for downtown shopping and dining.

It was a wonderful unit and the only complaint would be that the elevator was broken. There were 6 of us hauling luggage up the stairs and everywhere we went we had to use the stairs. We had wonderful food and drinks and walked everywhere. We felt the unit was supplied very well with everything we needed except the blender didn't work.

Think the sink disposal is broken

This was the perfect location in Traverse City! We had coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques all around us. This was a very nice, safe, clean neighborhood and we enjoyed our stay and convenient parking.The rental was perfect for 3 adult couples. Everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Super spacious and comfy flat. Location to both city fun and the beach cannot be beat. Communication with both the owner and property manager was easy and efficient. We would love to stay here again.

Everything was amazing. The condo was very clean and spacious and so easy to communicate with Mallory. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything and even though it is right on the main downtown area the condo was nice and quiet. There was 8 in our family, all over 21. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time in Traverse City! This condo location was a perfect location to explore all the city has to offer. Great central location to walk to the beach, many restaurants and shops.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party. The condo is even better than the pictures show! Much larger than we expected. Perfectly centrally located downtown Traverse City that made it walkable to shopping, good eats, and other activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

Perfect location while attending a conference Park Place

This is our second time staying here, the location is great and the space is beautiful, clean and spacious. The host was easily accessible when needed and hope to stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend with friends in Traverse City. It was downtown and there is a bar and restaurant next door. It was clean and cozy even during a snow storm. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend staying here.
