Located @ Everline Resort & Spa, Pools/Spas/Golf/Skiing/Ski-in & out/Ice Skating

We checked in around 6pm. The check in was smooth, however we were told because we were at a vrbo unit, the hotel would not be responsible for any cleaning or service. When we got to our room, the room was not cleaned at all with garbage bagged by the door. Took some time to find a phone number to call support because expedia didn’t carry over the necessary vrbo information. Turned out to be a miscommunication with cleaning crew so the owner of the unit promptly got a hold of someone to clean the unit while we waited at the hotel until 9pm. The issue was handled well. It was stressful to find the support contact information, the websites and chats were not helpful and the hotel did not feel welcoming because we were vrbo.

Wonderful location. Extremely easy access to lifts. We could leave our room, pick up our skis from the storage area, and be on the resort chair lift in less than 10 minutes. The resort restaurants were good, the shuttle to the base area was always on time and the little grocery/connivence store was really nice. The room was exactly as pictured- typical two queen bed hotel. Beds were comfortable. My only suggestions - have a larger trash can and include 4 bathrobes instead of 2 (they’re needed for the walk from the pool/hot tub in the cold season)

ski in ski out , the ski concierge takes your skis at the base of the last run , luggage pick up and storage went smooth , self parking a bit of a walk , the ski run from here is amazing , the lobby is gorgeous , a real burning fire inside and outside , nice patio and are ski bar

We had a wonderful time at this resort last weekend. Our room was comfortable, food was great, loved the hot tub and saunas after the gym. Cross country skied on the golf course over to the village. Had a blast!

I loved the whole resort. Being outside there is amazing- day and night. The room was simple and ok. However-the shower curtain was moldy and the sheets on the bed were stained a bit. Then once you go in the bathroom- there's a sign that says they'll charge your credit card for stained towels. Guess they don't follow their own policy.

Great property, excellent service, and lots of amenities. We rented bikes and though prices were higher than other shop, it was so convenient, they included a bunch of items that other places charge for separately, and staff were so helpful. The pool was warm and facilities were wonderful. Food was also very taste.

Easy access and clear instructions.

The hose was very accommodating, actually letting us check in early. In addition, the location was adorably decorated for Christmas. I enjoyed having hot cider available in the evenings and a wide array of board games for the family.

We had a great stay! Listing was accurate. Joanne was very responsive. We had so much fun, and the scenery is just stunning!

All was easy and smooth

Room was adequate but unfortunately upon arrival found the sink was clogged and did not drain properly. Property manager was unable to resolve the issue. There was no follow up communication after being told a plumber could not come within our stay, and we were left to deal with sink full of dirty water during the length of our stay. While the resort itself is beautiful this was a big detractor for our Fourth of July vacation.

It was easy and convenient. I don't recall seeing in the listing that I would be responsible for daily resort fees and daily parking fees which really added up. Not much advantage of booking through VRBO versus just booking through Hyatt Everline.

Everline is a great place to stay -- ski in/ski out capabilities!

We enjoyed our stay at Everline. The location is ideal. The unit was clean and equipped with everything that we needed. We will be back.

We picked it because it was close to the start for western states. The bear Cafe was very nice and convenient. The parking was expensive and not that close.
