Little piece of beach heaven!

Our 4th consecutive year staying here at the time of the year. That says it all

I love staying here. It’s the perfect size place for a couple doing a week or weekend at the beach. The building is great, you can see the ocean and everyone is friendly. 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops downtown and a 1 minute walk onto the beach.

Cute tiny home very close to the beach. Great communication with host! Just remember to bring your own soaps and your TV app passwords.

Felicia’s place was amazing! We loved everything about it! You couldn’t get a better location… you are right on the beach and everything is in walking distance. Her place is so cute, comfy and very clean! She had everything you needed. We had the best beach trip thanks to Felicia!!! We give it two thumbs up ! We will definitely be returning!

Extremely neat and clean, well decorated and comfortable. Pictures are spot on. We enjoy walking and biking so Wawa and a few places to eat were doable for us. 2 beach passes and parking lot is numbered or lettered. There are signs saying parking by permit only but you can park anywhere. Condo building is right off walkway to beach access- Awesome! There is a hose to rinse your feet etc. Second level condo with a table and chairs to sit which is nice for cooler am/pm. A nice deck in bldg. across street with picnic table to sit or play board game. Laundry is in the far bldg. Thank you Felicia- hope to come back.

This was the 3rd time staying at this property. As always, super clean, modern, inviting, quiet. We will continue to make this property a yearly trip for us.

We had an amazing time at this shore condo. The condo was updated, clean and in a perfect location. Felicia was beyond hospitable and so easy to deal with. The unit had everything we needed and was walking steps from the beach. Highly recommend this unit.

Can’t wait to book for next summer it would be our 3rd year thank you.

This was the perfect condo on the beach for me and my husband. First time in Brigantine and loved the area. The condo is really right at the path to the beach. Felicia was super responsive anytime I had a question. Would definitely recommend!

Felicia was so responsive and kind throughout the booking process and our stay. Our lil family had one of our worst years and wanted a reset, this adorbs place was just what we all needed! Gorgeous, had everything we needed, walkable to several restaurants and shops, and most importantly merr steps from the “ocean beach” (as our son calls it, lol) :) We will definitely be back, don’t miss out this is a gem!!

The property was clean and exactly as described. Felica was quick to respond to all of our questions as well. We plan on returning in the future.

Overall we liked it, however nowhere in the info/email was the unit number listed. In addition the bathroom was very small. As XL/XXL seniors we found it quite confining.
