The host was very welcoming. Colleen was available immediately when I couldn’t figure out the door lock - which I did figure out mid call. The view is amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved it!

Everything we could possibly ask for was furnished! User friendly instructions on how to use everything. Couldn’t be happier!!!

The condo was exactly as pictured & described. The view of the gulf was beautiful! The pool & hot tub looked nice, but the temperatures didn’t cooperate, so we didn’t get a chance to use it. A very nice stay.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was excellent. Host was very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.

Colleen was so easy to communicate with, property was perfect for us. Very much enjoyed the property and surrounding area (many restaurants within walking distance).

Property was great! The room we stayed in was great. Clean and well maintained. Description was accurate and the reviews didn’t lie to us. Would definitely make it a return destination. The only little thing I can add, is that while the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, it doesn’t have much else for cooking.

I loved how close it was to walk to John’s Pass. We drove to Tampa, Clearwater, St Pete’s beach. Location was great. View from balcony and the living space was breath taking . Pool was working. Area is actively rebuilding which was nice to see. Would definitely stay again! Kitchen was supplied with anything you might need. Owner was very nice and available if needed (we didn’t . We also walked to the cafe on the corner. Nice area!

Our condo very nice with all amenities that one could want or need. Very clean! There were books and puzzles for the not so sunny days. King size be very comfy and we are used to a tempurpedic! The pool was not yet open but they worked on it daily. The gulf was still available though!! Actually there were very few condo buildings that had pools open or were even being worked on. This facility as a whole has done an excellent recovery effort. Recovery throughout Madeira Beach was really exceptional for what they went through such a short time ago. Many restaurants are opening daily. Almost everything back open in John's Pass. Would definitely stay at this condo again!!

What a great place for a beach trip! The condo is right on the beach and six floors up for amazing beach, ocean, and sunset view. The condo is modern and supplied with everything you need. Host is wonderful and great to work with! Had a great time and would highly recommend!

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Great sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, listening to the waves, watching the birds and dolphins, so peaceful. Easy walking distance of St John’s Pass, really good restaurants. Would definitely recommend, we miss it already.

We were very pleased with the condo. We had a wonderful time. The bed was comfortable, the place was really just nice overall. Will definitely come back.

Condo was clean and in a perfect location. No checkin issues and no issues in the condo. Ocean view in both directions. This was the second time we have stayed in this unit.

Our condo was just as represented....It was lovely, very clean, and right on the beach. We were looking for a place that was right on the beach and this place was perfect. Our host, Colleen, was very pleasant and helpful, checking in with us to make sure all was well shortly after our arrival. We did see dolphins as expected, but also had up close encounters with manatees while in the water! The ability to park under the building out of the sun was an extra added bonus as well. We are already thinking about another visit before the year is over. Thank you Miss Colleen for sharing your beach home with us...it was a perfect week in paradise!
