DESCRIPTION
Liquid Blue Ocean Front is a contemporary Mission Beach vacation rental overlooking the beach and ocean. This one-of-a-kind beach house features 32 feet of retractable sliding glass doors that open along the entire living area and bring the beach and ocean right into the home! You will experience the incredible feeling of indoor/outdoor living with 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and San Diego coastline.

Being on the second level offers unobstructed views and allows guests to watch all the action on the beach and boardwalk. The modern design with high arched and beamed ceilings and glass walls make this home truly a unique experience.

This beachfront rental features upscale finishes and amenities, such as imported stone flooring, and polished stainless steel door frames and railings. The floor plan maximizes the small space to also include a dining nook full kitchen and breakfast bar and a living area with sofa seating and TV.

Take a spiral staircase up to the rooftop deck with a fire pit and panoramic views, and downstairs on the beach level is a common area with gas BBQs, a dining table, and lounge chairs right on the beachfront boardwalk!

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, TVs in all rooms, ready-made beds, one beach towel and bath towel set per guest, a starter kit of paper goods and kitchen and bath soaps. Laundry soap and in-home laundry are provided for your convenience.

This is a smaller home, but it packs a powerful punch of beachfront WOW and is managed by Bluewater Vacation Homes.     The view could not be beat!! We enjoyed our stay very much. Walking to the beach was as easy as could be… 30 seconds and your feet were in the sand. The condo itself was a little on the small side, but for just me, my husband, and our 9 year old son, it worked well.

    We had an amazing stay with our family. We are a family of 5 with 3 children ten and under. I was a little nervous about all the glass but you can pull down blinds in the kids rooms and the primary bedroom. It's also nice that you can control how much you want to open the wall. It's like 5-6 panels that you can slide. The blinds also are designed to cover each panel so you can keep the condo completely opened or partially closed with more privacy if the blinds are also down. It was a little awkward at first to get used to people constantly looking up at us or staring but you get used to it after a day or two. Friday and Saturday the boardwalk gets full but we were able to sleep fine every night. The split unit is only in the living area so not the bedrooms. It did get a bit warm for us in the bedrooms because we are used to keeping our home at 70-75 range with AC. They do provide several fans for you that we used. The parking is tricky. They sent us info that its 6.6ft wide by 28 ft. long. We had a Tahoe SUV and it barely fit. I would have to help my husband park just to make sure he didn't hit the walls of the condo's next to the parking space or the car next to us. The condo is very centrally located so you can walk to the Belmont Park area which has a lot of resturants and rollercoaster, ziplining, rock climbing. The Belmont area tends to be loud and entertaining. You could also walk to the opposite way and find more resturants that are more chill.

    This property has amazing views and location. It is small. But the online description is accurate. We had some maintenance issues while there, but management dealt with them promptly.

    Our stay at this property was extraordinary. The entire glass front wall of the condo slides wide open, bringing the beach and boardwalk experience literally right into your living space. We walked up and down Mission Beach and aside from a few exclusive private residences we didn’t see anything else that offered this type of beachfront experience. There were a few minor items that the property management should tend to. Since every stay begins with the parking experience there is room for improvement here. The unit shares a tiny parking space with the downstairs unit. The space is barely large enough for two vehicles with one vehicle being nearly pressed all the way up against the downstairs and wedged between the other vehicle, I had to park and crawl out the back hatch of our SUV. There’s no markings on the ground so if you get a neighbor that is not courteous, the space becomes totally unusable as it is very easy to encroach. I would recommend they provide some paint markings to show that there are two spaces. We had to park in the alley When we arrived because somebody was too far over the center. This is a minor detail and it didn’t affect our stay, but it definitely could be improved.

    Perfect spot for taking in the beach, activities, shopping and food but still feel secluded enough to have your own privacy and relaxation. Would definitely stay here again!!

    This place is so pretty with amazing views that are unobstructed. My husband and I really enjoyed it there. A little tight and definitely made for two or a smaller family, as are almost all of the rentals in this area though.

    Incredible view of the beach and ocean. 1 level above the Strand made us feel close to the action but not too close. Beautiful apartment with beautiful appointments and the sliding glass wall opens the entire place up to the ocean.
