Stayed Jul 25, 2020As advertised. This is a freshly remodeled condo in a secure building with a very convenient location. Only steps to the beach. In my opinion a great value, even at peak rates, for a week long oceanfront stay in Rehoboth. The layout of the condo suited our family very well and was spacious. Furnishings were nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Rooftop pool was fun and preferred over the beach by my 3 year old daughter. Covered parking garage with elevator to your floor was very convenient! Made for a very stress free move in/move out. Check in was on time and handled very professionally. My only real complaint, keeping it from 5 stars overall was the cleanliness upon arrival. Perhaps the prior guests were a little extra messy but the cleaning crew did a very poor job of vacuuming the sand/crumbs/debris. Surfaces were adequately cleaned. It's always a bummer to take a few hours to deep clean on vacation but if that's the worst thing that happens on vacation, you're doing good!
