Lincoln Riverfront Condo - Awesome Location for Outdoor Adventures

There are no words to adequately describe the beauty of this property in the fall. The setting is in the woods with a babbling brook running directly under the balcony and mountains, all around . The neon orange, red and yellow color of the trees with the sun shining through was breathtaking. The white Mountain national forest is right down the road .The condo itself was so peaceful, tastefully decorated and comfortable it made you want this to be in your own home. I’m sure it is lovely in other seasons as well. I highly recommend this rental. The host was available via text and no problems were encountered. You won’t be disappointed. A word of caution: in peak seasons the restaurants (which are within a half to 2 miles of the property ) are very crowded, but are worth the wait.

THE GREAT Location: It's a minute out of town, so it's convenient to everything without all the noise. The balcony directly overlooks the river. I'm not a lifeguard or a lawyer, so use your own judgment with swimming. That said, my 10 and 8 year old boys were fine. Size: It's spacious. My wife, two boys and I were very comfortable. Six people could be OK here if at least two of you are children and you negotiate beforehand who gets the king bed and who has to work with the bunk and/or the couch. The dining table is big enough for six. Basics: The apartment feels homey without being cluttered, and it’s very clean. The mattresses are quality and comfortable as are the couches. It's the third/top floor, so no one is above you. We didn't hear anything from the sides either. Just the river. THE GOOD Televisions with cable in the main room and both bedrooms. The washer/dryer and dishwasher. Well stocked kitchen. Clean pool. The grounds are cared for. The balcony has plenty of seating. Solid wifi. TO KNOW We needed to bring sheets, towels and shampoo. This might change when pandemic restrictions do. You lose cell service about five minutes east of the condo, which is where most of the hikes are, and you don't get it back until you reach Conway 45 minutes later. So load maps, etc. before you leave. No restaurants deliver in the area. Only one that I found, the Chinese place, even lets you order pickup online. It can get chilly at night, even in July

We had a great stay! Matt has the house well equipped and was a great host, offering suggestions for the area and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect location for our hiking and exploration of the White Mountains. Fall was showing off and we couldn’t have been more happy!

This was our 2nd time staying at this location and it continues to exceed our expectations!! Matt was great and checked-in with us after we had arrived to ensure everything was in order. Exceptionally clean and everything we needed was included. Having the pool right next door is a plus! We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the river and relaxing. We will continue to plan our future visits to Lincoln at this property. 5 stars all around!!!

Condo was spacious and well appointed. We had a great stay and the shuttle bus to loon made getting too and from the mountain supper easy. Matt was very accessible throughout the trip and was flexible with us on dates and departure time, which we really appreciated. Definitely come back.

Matt's third floor, 2 bedroom unit a with small stand of conifers right outside the deck and facing the Pemigewasset River made for an idyllic visit to the White Mountains of NH. I am definitely returning. Best to Matt....Barbara and 3 visiting adult children.

This condo was in such a perfect place (just away from the hustle and bustle of Main Street in Lincoln, but right on the Kancamagus Highway). It was so spacious and COZY that my kids asked several times if we could return and stay at the same place again. The owner was one of the most attentive and well-communicating ones I've ever interfaced with when renting a Vrbo property. Can't wait to return!!!

great place in the mountains. close to everything but far enough away to feel secluded. being riverfront was great. being able to hear the river flowing by was special. spacious condo with everything we needed available. pool was great after day of hiking. highly recommend!

We thoroughly e joyed our stay. The condo was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable! Loved the living room with the huge tv. But the best part was listening to the roaring river! The location is also great with lots of great restaurants & hiking spots! I wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoy Lincoln area. Great bike, running or walking path goes right by condo. Nice swimming spot on the river and pools are a plus as well. Condo has everything you need and furniture is comfy. Would stay again. Don't forget to display a parking pass:)
