Lighthouse 1806 by Liquid Life

Could use some minor repairs and random changes. Patio furniture was dirty, looked like greasey handprints that hadn't been wiped off, door frames had areas were hands repeatedly touch and looked dirty, a kitchen rag would have been helpful as we had to use one of the bath rags to wash dishes. I closed the air vent in the master bath sink area as it was so cold and I noticed some mold around the air vent. Overall it was a nice condo and we would stay at the location again! Elevators were fast for such a large condo building.Hallways and floors in the building always clean and not wet.

The condo itself has a great location and the views are wonderful. We have stayed at many lighthouse condos and this one was ok. After check in we noticed the air conditioner was struggling so we reached out and turns out next day it ended up being frozen and needed repair. Unit had to completely thaw out in order to be repaired. So the next day it was fixed enough to allow it to cool down (after thawing out and smelling like mildew). Communication was lacking and owners/property management never let us know (without me finally asking) that the unit wasn’t actually fixed and then our stay was interrupted several times by different service/repair companies coming in (a couple just showed up and we were never notified)to give them quotes to actually fix it at a later date. After three days of ME asking they finally did give us a refund but at first only were going to give 20% of two nights base charge. I asked for 100% of base charge. After several messages they finally did agree to that. It was appreciated but I shouldn’t have to ask. Then we get that behind us and next day another knock on our door and some company was trying to deliver a couch to our unit. This was on a Saturday morning and we had to get our boys out of their pull out couch bed so they could switch it out. They did not give us any notice on this, which was completely unacceptable after all the other daily interruptions. They never did offer any other compensation. Disappointed in communication.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable! We appreciated the communication with the host from start to finish! We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Excellent communication. Very clean and modern. Well equipped kitchen. Great large laundry room with washer dryer and other items. Perfect location. We will be back soon

Bathrooms need to be updated, especially shower in master bath.

Great view. Great location. Staff friendly. Furniture is showing its age and living room rug needs replaced. Bedrooms nice and better furniture than last year. We like this unit overall and its end of hallway location. Current Tides rental mgr is good with communication and responsive. Thank you.

We booked the room because there was a whirlpool tub. It did not work; we were told something would be done about it; never happened.

Easy check in. Great location.

Arrived and the condo had not been cleaned and no bedding or towels. Spent the rest of day cleaning and waiting for someone to come and bring bedding and towels. The girl who came was wonderful. Big stain on mattress in the master bedroom, and furniture in master had broken dresser drawers. Closet door in guest room was broken. We cleaned the vacuum just so it would pick dirt up. It was full of dirt and hair rapped up around things and filter was dirty!!!! Rug in living room is so stained. Dryer needs a new lint trap. We stay at the Lighthouse every year and the last couple of years the condos have been a disappointment. Guess we will try another condo next year before we give up on it!

I loved the oceanfront view!! The balcony was very large with plenty of chairs. The bedroom furniture needs a little update but I would stay here again!

We love the Lighthouse. It is a continued “go back” for us.

We had a great trip! Only issue was missing linen for the sofa bed. I requested them late at night and they were dropped off the next morning. Excellent service, we will definitely recommend this property to friends.

We vacationed here with our adult children for 5 days and had an absolute blast! The place was clean, had the essentials, and kept us comfy! Check-in and check-out was flawless. We will definitely be back! Apx 15 minute walk to The Hangout. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful views of Gulf of America! Condo was nice, kitchen well stocked and unit decorated nicely.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was as described and they thought of everything. Something not mentioned is it has a larger than most balcony as there is no condo to the left of it and the balcony wraps around in an L. It’s really nice on calmer days! On really windy days, it definitely made the balcony very gusty.

Great condo, as advertised. My family had a great time.

We have stayed here every October for Shrimp Fest weekend and the following week. The managment are well organized. The staff are awesome. Their communication is great, timely and informative. The property is clean, parking is easy, location is great. Maybe 5 minutes walk to the Hangout and all of the great stores in the area. Stay there, the higher the better! Sun rise and Sun set pics are awesome.
