Life's a beach and Tennis...

The beach is an easy walk across the street. Plenty of very nice restaurants close by. Great pool too!

Condo is great and so is the location.

We were visiting family nearby, so the location was great. The resort and the area are still recovering from the hurricane, but we were made aware of the stays and enjoyed our stay.

The property is amazing! The owner communicated extremely well. The condo is as described. The extras in the condo are superb: beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs and numerous beach towels. Very appreciative and would book this condo again!

First time using VRBO to book a family vacation. Joe was excellent to work with! Condo had everything we needed for a beach getaway. We will definitely be looking to book this condo in the future!

Very relaxing

So the positives are the location is great, so close to the beach, easy checkin and owner quick to return communication and flexible w early check in. The place has everything you need almost (minus missing balcony) he provides beach equipment if you want it… the cleaner did clearly do their job however….. The negatives are the photos are misleading, there’s no balcony (under construction) and this should be made clear when booking bc that’s a major reason for booking. The place is shabby, furniture very used and grimey, the towels and linens are horrid, please romance these- they are not only stained w rust stains?? But also smell of stale ashtray, had the question if these were even clean. On closer inspection realized the linen cupboard itslef reeks of old ashtray and so why the linens do also. So does the closest. I have. Avery sensitive nose and se rice to their hand smoke so I woke up congested every day and hard time sleeping from the odor. I kept balcony door at all times when in the place but then construction crew were in front of me sometimes on th scaffolding so had to lock up at time and bare the odor bc single female and just didn’t like the situation. It’s what would be a 2/5 star for resorts in Caribbean. You get what you pay for but highly recommend deep clean to get doors out of closets and furniture and new linens (that bath rug is disgusting) …. Otherwise location location, fantastic.

5 days before arrival we were informed the lanai would not be accessed due repairs; we had no idea that would also include daily jackhammering; the owner sympathized but the inconvenience was huge; The complex should not be allowed to do this kind of work in prime season

The property was just fine! It is the 2nd time I rent it. Everything was clean. Everything works fine. The water is hot, the AC is cool, the Ref is big and clean. The beach cart was a plus. The location is great. If you are not too picky, you will enjoy your stay there!

The property was nice the room had everything we needed. Pull out bed is a little hard but we just didn’t pull it out and slept on the air mattress. It’s a great great location just a quite part of the beach. Beautiful area away from all the big tourist

This Condo Unit was so outdated! The so called rugs, paper thin, were a hazard. The kitchen chairs were so low and uncomfortable I had to put a pillow on the cushion to sit. The shower was Impossible to regulate! We cleaned the air filters on the air conditioner they were dirty.No Keurig and the Beach Chairs were so old and uncomfortable. You have to spend a little money if you intend to keep on renting. The location was wonderful but would NEVER rent this unit again.
