Unit 204 is perfect for families or small groups. It has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths and sleeps up to 8. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Sapphire’s 100-yard resort-style pool plus the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Views are spectacular from your living room, master bedroom and spacious private balcony.

Unit 204 is conveniently located on the second floor of Sapphire's South Tower. Views from the 2nd floor are fabulous, plus you have quick andeasy in-and-out access! Our unit has a contemporary feel and includes high ceilings, beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances. There are both Keurig and drip coffee makers for your use. The unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is provided and is strong. No dropped calls and (if needed) work from the condo is a breeze! Smart TV in the living room as well as Smart TVs in the master and both secondary bedrooms allow you to access your accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. A DVD player is also available for use in the twin bedroom.

The master bedroom provides comfortable bedding and a spectacular view. The en-suite master bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking bathtub and large walk-in shower, with a spacious walk-in closet beyond. The second and third bedrooms have 2 Queen beds and 2 twin beds respectively, each with complete closets for easy organization. The second bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking bathtub and large walk-in shower. A separate tub and shower in the second bathroom is an upgrade and will not be found in most other units!

Sapphire boasts lushly landscaped grounds, a stunning 100-yard resort style swimming pool and beautifully tiled large hot tub. Other amenities include a full service, resort-style day spa plus Aveda hair salon, fitness center, 24-seat movie theater, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and pinball. Cabanas by the pool at Sapphire are available to rent for a fee. A beach setup of one umbrella and two chairs is also available to rent for a fee. Free self-parking is available for Vrbo guests in the parking garage. A covered porte-cochère at the entrance of Sapphire allows for easy unloading of luggage and groceries, and luggage carts as well as grocery carts are available for use.


Guests must comply with all Sapphire Condominium property rules and regulations. Copies of the rule book are available at Sapphire's front desk upon request. Maximum vacation rental guest capacity is 8. You will be issued wrist bands at check-in. No additional visiting guests of vacation rental guests are allowed during the reservation period. This rule is strictly enforced by Sapphire.

Check-in is at 4pm on your arrival date. Check-out is 10am on your departure date.

Winter Texans are welcome! There is a built-in 10% discount for stays over 7 nights. For stays 30 days or longer there is no state or local tax. The regular resort fee of $49 per day will be capped at $250 for each month of your stay. Contact us with questions and special rates!

During Spring Break and Semana Santa weeks, Sapphire limits rentals ONLY to immediate families (parents with children), where one of the parents is at least 30 years of age.

When making a booking, VRBO will collect the State Hotel Occupancy Tax and remit directly to the State. The remaining local sales tax (City of SPI Hotel Occupancy Sales Tax) may need to be collected separately when processing the booking reservation. The rental guest is responsible to pay all applicable sales taxes when completing the booking request and responsible for any changes or updates on future sales taxes caused prior to checking in.
