License to Chill - Atlantic Beach, ~NC~

Overall this is a great location and true to the listing listing. Nice views from the balcony. My only request would be that they offer a linen option. It’s a lot of work to pack all the linens and make beds, etc.

Everything was just as pictured and this was a wonderful, spacious place for us to stay with our two children under 5. We were able to easily fit our pack & play in the bedroom with bunk beds and it was really nice to have access to the balcony from the master bedroom without having to go all the way around through the rest of the condo. The location within the property is great as far as watching sunrise/sunsets, people watching, views of Morehead City, & close to parking. The only downside is that it's the furthest end from the beach (it's also a relatively long beach access after that walk & the stairs since there's no elevator)... this may not be an issue for some, but with two little ones and all the gear it was a trek for us! Fortunately the pool is also a great option and our five year old could have spent the whole trip there. For our long weekend stay, this was overall a great home base that we'd return to in the future.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Nice views from the balcony. Was glad to be close to the pool, but far enough away that noise didn’t bother us. Would stay again!

I must say this was the best experience I have had using VRBO! I cannot say it enough how GREAT Anita is!!!! My family and I were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect. If we are ever visiting the area in the future, we will defiantly book again.

Loved the location. Beautiful views and courtyard. Worked perfect for our family of 5.

Host communication was wonderful. Place was super clean and decorated so well. Wish they had bedding (almost forgot mine)

Clean well-kept third floor unit. Is in a good location and walking distance to ocean beach. Building is older but maintained. Has nice pool and adequate parking. Close to many restaurants and stores along with a state park up the road. There is a view of the ocean from the balcony. Just be aware that it is the third floor and there is no elevator, but the view and breeze make it worth it.

Cute condo . Nice view from deck. Just enough for my husband and i plus 2 of our grown kids not yet married. Kitchen needs some better utensils such as sharp serrated knives and a decent cheese grater. (We like to cook and eat in most nights so if that is not you, its fine) Worst part is no elevator for unloading and loading the long hard walk partially in deep hot sand. Im in my late 50's and it was a hard walk for me(and i walk many miles on the beach every day) Over all nice place just a few inconveniences.

Beautiful property, great ocean view and sound from balcony. Lovely wide beach, grounds and pool. Kids were very happy about wifi speed for gaming at night. Host was great.
