Libby's Perch No Stairs! Outdoor Pool

Very clean, quiet, and great location

The unit was very clean and the owner has done a good job with furnishings and supplies. The access to the unit is a ramp which is what the title promotes and it did not disappoint. However, the building is 3 stories and it appears when it was constructed is was done VERY POORLY. We were on the second floor and there were guest in the unit directly above us. If they moved, which they did A LOT, it sounded like a herd of elephants. Our floor was very wavy with several sag spots. The owner had sound machines and ear plugs on/in the nightstands and for good reason. Again, the unit was nicely furnished, but noise from overhead was disappointing. Although we never had an issue, access to the property follows the same route as Silver Dollar City. So if you are there on a busy SDC day you could get caught in backed up traffic.

Everything was great! My family and I enjoyed the stay. Our ONLY, small “complaint” is that when the neighbors were moving around above us, you knew exactly where they were at, which made us a little overly cautious about our movements. That’s to be somewhat expected in most apartment situations though, so NOT a big deal. Overall, it got the job done

We loved the property and thank you for letting us stay. The only thing to mention is - the Master bedroom mattress is not really comfortable even with the memory foam piece, so maybe it's time to upgrade that?

We absolutely loved our stay a Libby's Perch. We stayed for a whole week and wanted to stay even longer. The place is very nice and has all the amenities you could want or need. It is very quiet and the no stairs is wonderful. We are already planning another trip and plan to stay here again if it is available.A couple of things to point out so that you are aware if staying. There is no dresser in either bedroom so storing clothes is challenging. There are some shelves in the closet that could be used but that's really it. There is very minimal hanging space in the main closet. This is another challenging area to work with. The only other thing is the sliding door to deck is hard to open and close.None of those things change my opinion of our stay though. 5 Stars all the way!!!

We had a wonderful time - fun and relaxing. A nice break from the everyday life.

It was the perfect location for us! Just 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City and secluded from Branson proper but still close enough to Branson we could run in and have fun when we wanted to. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone for a short or long stay near Branson.

Very close to SDC and easy to access. Could use a little attention in the bathrooms and towels, but overall a really nice place!! I would definitely stay here again, just think the towels might need replacement.

I think the place was very updated and clean the only thing that I would suggest would be updated mattress in the master bedroom and the furniture I guess because they were both on they had Sleepers it made it seem much more uncomfortable then it probably could have been but other than that it's a very nice place very nice location and that was it

We planned a weekend at Silver Dollar City with our family, but needed a place that would accommodate two dogs. This complex is so convenient to be able to take a break from the amusement park and go check on them! The condo was perfect for us and very comfortable for our long weekend!

The unit is perfectly located for a lake getaway at Indian Cove. After a long day of fun the no step entry was appreciate. The layout of the unit worked well for the four of us. Having a well stocked kitchen made cooking easy. The WiFi password on the email from the property manager was incorrect, but the binder at the property had updated info. We enjoyed our stay!

We have stayed in this complex several times, but this is the best condo yet! Super clean, very cute decor, great location within the complex, and fast response time! Will definitely stay again!

We were very pleased with our stay. Place was clean, comfortable beds. The view from the balcony thru the woods to lake was nice.5 minutes from SilverDollar City. Not too much of a drive to restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when we come back when our grandson is old enough.

We liked walking down to water as well as short walk to pool.

It was a great get away. Enjoyed our stay very much
