Lewes Waterfront Condo Near Beach

Amazing experience! Karen and Steve were great hosts and the condo was even better than described!

We had a patch of bad luck with the weather and a theft (did not occur at the property) so our vacation was not what we were hoping. However the house itself was gorgeous, spotless and cozy. In addition our communication with the hosts who were gracious, helpful and communicative was probably the best we have experienced. The house and the location are about as summer perfect as you can get and actually even better than the photos which are very attractive, are able to reveal.

We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely condo! It was our third time staying here and we hope to book again next year. The condo is perfect for our family of four, centrally located and in a quiet neighborhood. It is meticulously clean, comfortable and well maintained. The host is very responsive as well. My favorite part is the beautiful sunroom that overlooks the pond; I could sit there relaxing for hours!

The place was very clean and quiet. Everything was spotless. All the furniture was new. The owners are very accommodating and respond quickly to all requests. The apartment was close to outlet shopping and the beaches. I will probably try to rent it again next summer.

Beautiful condo in a wonderful neighborhood. My favorite place was the sunroom! So relaxing. Karen was so nice answering my questions and sharing information about activities for my grandchildren. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo- as described in the listing. View of pond is lovely. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. One disappointment was that the charming porch does not have A/C so it was quite hot and stuffy during the hot week we were there. The ceiling fans just moved around the hot air unfortunately. We’d recommend that owner install a mini split A/C or allow sliding doors to be opened to allow condo A/C to cool it. Owner had note to keep doors closed. We would have loved to spend most of our time on the porch had it been comfortable. This was our first trip to the area so it was central for driving though the Coastal highway road is aggravating with traffic- despite our stay being after Labor Day. Very nice stay overall for us!

This is was our second time staying here and we just love it. The view, the proximity to everything, the pool. It’s just a great place to be as a family!!
