So easy to checkin. Key code is awesome! Had a wonderful personal welcoming sign as well as a nice layout of things to do, eat, etc. Bed was extremely comfortable along with a very well stocked modern kitchen and bathroom. Property was great for our needs. Didn’t use the kitchen at all, but it looked well stocked. Nice feature that both bedrooms had its own vanity.

Great 2 br apartment 5 minutes from UGA and downtown Athens. Very clean; comfortable beds; easy parking. Nice fluffy towels and bedding, even chilled tumblers in the freezer. Nice touch. Great tvs , nest heat and air.. Everything you need. Enjoyed the stay and the convenience.

The stay went well the communication with the host was terrible we ask of it was okay yo a get together with friends and the host said oka sure then flipped it and called the police and handle the situation in a very poor manner. using profanity at minors instead of telling us it wasn’t okay to have a gathering.

We had the perfect weekend! The condo was perfect with everything we needed. Very clean and owners were super nice and responded quickly. Family came over to visit for a while and as they walked in they instantly said wow! Great place! Easy drive or Uber to downtown. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication and checkin with the owners were excellent. The apartment is conveniently located about 6 minutes from downtown and close to the Athens Loop. Everything was very clean and in working condition. There is a slight smell of cigarette smoke and weed, but only right at the entrance to the apartment. It's kind of weird actually. Once you walk in, you don't smell anything. At the end of the day, this didn't bother us at all.

We stayed at the property while we were dropping our daughter off at UGA. We were busy getting her moved in during the day, so all we needed was a place close to campus to sleep.

All was good except the unit smelled like marijuana in the evening due to an adjacent apartment. No fault of the Vrbo host. Other than that, the place was great ?
