This gulf-front vacation condo has everything you need to create a memorable beach getaway. It can accommodate up to ten vacationing guests with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms.

A beautiful open floor plan encompasses the main living room, dining area, and kitchen. High ceilings and several glassdoors and windows accentuate the spaciousness. With vivid views of the tropical landscape and coastal flora, it almost feels like the beach is a part of the condo! The waterfront balcony is a perfect spot to bask in paradise. Enjoy a cocktail, tasty appetizers, and good company while relaxing in the Florida weather. The best part about this beachfront balcony is the private staircase leading to the lush green space below. Visitors are only ten steps away from the refreshing swimming pool and deeded beach boardwalk with no elevator needed for access.

Inside, the living room includes a white sofa, matching loveseat, and armchair. The seating ensemble centers around a hardwood drink table and faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a credenza. Nearby, a farmhouse-style table and seating for six make up the cozy dining area. The kitchen is large and great for cooking homemade meals. It features white cabinetry, mottled-granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a raised breakfast bar with stool seating.

Each of the condo’s bedrooms is comfortably furnished. The primary suite includes a king-size sleigh bed with a foot bench. A sliding glass door opens onto the gulf-facing balcony, and a large window brightens the room with natural sunlight. A flatscreen TV sits atop a handsome wood dresser. The ensuite bathroom features a glass-walled walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanities. Two of the remaining guest bedrooms have queen-size beds with beach cottage-style furnishings. The final room is a fun bunk room with two twin bunks and a TV.

In addition to its cozy accommodations, a stay at Legacy 102 ensures guests have access to the finest vacation amenities. The condo complex has two community pool areas, one of which overlooks the beach. BBQ grills are provided, making it a breeze to grill up a surf n’ turf meal. There is a gated beach access exclusive for Legacy guests, placing you seconds away from the shimmering white sands and glittering waves.

    Very happy with the condo - rooms all as advertised, location is a 30 min walk to the center of Seaside or a 10 min bike ride - great location! Right on beach , pool nice and clean and beautiful view from the balcony. Would book again!

    Arrived and entry code did not work. Took several resets with the mgmt company to finally work. One of the queen beds collapsed immediately upon sitting on it so we had to put mattress on floor to sleep. Most of the furniture has heavy wear and tear and unusable lamps are set where there are no plugs available??? Patio furniture needs to be replaced, all coming undone. First shower head barely sprays and doesn’t drain so leaves you standing in tub of dirty water. When we arrived fridge was too warm to put our cool groceries in and water “filter change” light was blinking. No top sheet on one of the queen beds. Exterior of building and patio is very distressed and needs new paint and power wash…looks run down and unkempt. Overall, there are many better options available.

    This place is fantastic. Clean, lots of space, great view of the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!
