Stayed Oct 24, 2025We enjoyed our stay overall, however the condo is in need of some improvements. The kitchen cabinets are peeling and falling apart, there is chipped/worn paint on most of the trim work, the bathroom vanity and mirror are worn and paint has peeled on the mirror frame, the shower faucet has corrosion, the wifi was slow and unable to stream live TV, the back door doesn't lock it only has a PVC pipe to make it not slide open. There weren't potholders in the kitchen. The whole condo seemed to be very worn out and tired. General upkeep hasn't been happening to this unit. The blinds in the bedroom were broken and difficult to open and close.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025My husband and I have been traveling to the Panhandle for thirty years. When we booked the property, the property manager called me, giving me the third degree and telling me people had been dishonest, bringing more people than what was booked, etc. That was a red flag for me, but my husband told me to go ahead and book it. You can’t get on the internet with your computer or cell phone in the condo. You have to go outside on the patio to get service.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Things need to be cleaned better. The bathtub faucet needs to be replaced. The bedroom nightstand had a clear bandaid stuck to it and I could tell it had not been wiped down. The floors were sandy as soon as we arrived. And the kitchen has ants and cabinetry that is in disrepair. I, of course, love the location on the beach and the bed was comfy. This place just needs more TLC for the price.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024I have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for many years, from Orange Beach to Panama City and there just isn't a better location than Leeward II, main level #3. You step off your deck onto the sandy beach with a short stroll to the water. The Paradise Properties team could not have been more accommodative - great communication and intent on making our stay perfect. The condo itself could use an update but the bed and pillows were super comfy. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend especially for couples.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Great CUSTOMER Service! Great location right on the beach! This is my second stay at this location, but the first time in this condo, with this property management. They were wonderful and very accommodating. The only thing I wish this condo had that they did not was some lounge chairs on the patio. But other than that it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone who is traveling with their spouse, or small group. Or by themselves! There is one master and bunks in the hall, and a sleeper sofa.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969You just really can't get any better of a location than the Leeward condos, they are right on the beach and just a couple steps to the sand. I loved this condo being on the ground floor where we could sit on the deck to watch sunrise and sunset. For those looking for accessible condos, this one is perfect being on the ground floor, grab bars in the tub/shower, and being able to walk right out onto the beach and ocean front chair set up. While the condo could use some minor updates (couch is a little squeaky when sitting on it), it had everything we needed and the property managers checked in multiple times throughout our stay via text to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!
