Welcome to Le Chamonix D, an AvantStay home!

A 3-bedroom condo located in the core of Mountain Village, seconds from the gondola, ski school, and ski area.

Guests enter this two-story condo from the second floor accessed by elevator and outdoor hallway. When you enter the condo, the first bedroom is located on the right and has a queen bed and a private bathroom. To the left of the entry is the second bedroom. This bedroom has a captain's bunk bed (twin bed over a queen). Acrossthe hall from the second bedroom is a bathroom with a steam shower and a washer/dryer. Continuing down the hall is the open living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, has granite countertops, a brand new stainless steel fridge, and three bar stools. The living room features a dining room table, a gas fireplace, 36-inch flat-screen TV, a CD player, and access to a deck with an outside propane grill.

There is a spiral staircase in the living room leading to the master bedroom. This bedroom has a split king bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

*Home Truths:*
- There is no A/C at this property.
- Complex amenities include a ski locker for each unit and elevator access.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences off-seasons in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
- Please note, the lot behind this complex is currently under construction, with a new hotel being built.

Parking Details:
- This property accommodates one vehicle per unit on a first-come, first-served basis in spaces labeled Le Chamonix.
- Parking is available in a nearby garage, a short walk from the units. Please allow a few minutes to reach the entrance from the garage.
- Garage Height: 7'6
- Local parking lots available for additional fees. Please see the booking hub for more details once booking is confirmed.
- No street parking.
- Please note that no reimbursement will be given if guests cannot use the spot provided.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    The location is awesome! Especially for skiing. Renting from Bootdoctors right below was super easy. The upstairs master bed needs some attention…sheet was ripped a little and didn’t fit on two twin set up (made into king w topper) very well so kept falling off at night. Need to invest in new deeper sheets. Kitchen is tight…but it was fine for one person at a time. Views and balcony great. Pretty quiet too- which was somewhat surprising with it being so central. We would for sure rent again. Hopefully next time the mountain will be open for skiing more than a couple days (the ski patrol strike really was a bummer). Thanks!

    Excellent property for world class ski vacation.Three minute walk to lift while on the way, grab a coffee. When finished, grab a beer enjoying great apres ski atmosphere. Unit was stocked with all necessary gear that was fully functional. Only draw back was checking into and out of unit. There really isn't any place to park while dropping all your gear. Once you dropped everything, move your vehicle to assigned parking garage and never touch again until you leave. Avant Stay team was excellent!

    Beautiful property with amazing views to Heritage Plaza. The Gondola, lift 4 and lift 1 are all within a short walking distance. Restaurants are in close proximity in Mountain Village, which makes the stay easy and convenient. The property is located on the second floor with elevator access. There’s also a ski locker adjacent to the property. We had one minor issue of no hot running water upon arrival, but AvantStay was quick to respond and offer help. The issue was immediately resolved. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful cozy place with the convenience of being in the heart of heritage plaza.

    Super clean and amazing location if you want to be in the heart of Mountain Village. We stayed in off season so it was quiet. Parking was the only issue we had. Pretty confident we had the right garage, but with it being off season it was full with workers and hard to locate it. We just stayed two nights so didn't contact Avantstay. We've stayed at several of their properties and they always do a great job!

    Super clean and stocked condo in the heart of Mountain Village within walking distance of all stores, restaurants, gondolas, lifts. Super friendly and helpful management who answered questions very quickly and expeditiously solved any minor issues we had. Fireplace is great, as is the in-unit washer/dryer. Primary bedroom is on second floor and spiral staircase a bit precarious, but overall a great unit and incomparable location! Would definitely book this property again.

    The condominium fit our needs perfectly. It's in a quiet part of the village, but an easy walk to the gondola and restaurants. The unexpected plus was the large deck where we had many enjoyable meals as a family, enjoying the beautiful weather and views! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
