LAZY RIVER! Water Slide! Beach Front!!

Overall it was a great experience! The balcony view, location to grocery stores, and easy beach access make it a win.Upon arrival one of the batteries in a fire alarm needed replaced, so we had to take care of that. I also thought it was not 100% clean (hair in drawers/on towels, dusty doors/blinds, and unorganized kitchen). The kitchen was well equipped but not organized. It was hard to find things.I did not feel like the grounds were well maintained like the other Phoenix properties we’ve stayed at. The pool chairs were never reset nor were there enough, and there weren’t enough floats for the lazy river. The fitness room provided the necessities for a good workout each morning.Overall, our stay was great and the kids had a blast. Our girls loved the hot tubs and slide!

This place was amazing, comfortable furniture and amenities, it was decorated that made it feel like beautiful and comfortable getaway home. The view of the beach was breathtaking! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Great view and easy condo with kids! It was walking distance to Starbucks and other food if you wanted!

Absolutely perfect! The condo was great for our family! The decor is amazing and the balcony view is breathtaking! Add in the lazy river and you have fun for the entire family. The location is also wonderful with everything you need across the street with an excellent restaurant practically next door. We will return for another stay!

The grandkids and adult children LOVED the slide!The only issue we had and it was not a big problem, was there were not enough bath towels for our entire group. I went to the store and purchased additional towels.

Love staying at the Phoenix Orange Beach, stayed in 1603 and it was gorgeous!! Will definitely be staying there next year. Employees were very polite and friendly!!

This was a wonderful property with lots to do for the kids! We were able to see dolphins almost every day from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to a lot of different shops across the road example cvs, Starbucks, DQ and much more. We would for sure stay here again!

This condo had all we needed. Beachfront, Lazy River, Pool, large balcony, the right kinds of beds to fit our family's needs, a great kitchen, beach toys, kitchen appliances -- it was a great time for our family. Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was great. Sand was all over the floors when we arrived and dishes still had food on them in the cabinet but other than that it was awesome!!

We also loved the proximity to the beach, making it easier to get all of beach equipment out every day for beach days.The views from the balcony were amazing and being at pelican flight level was a bonus. Our family of 6 plan on staying here again next year.
