Perfect for multigeneration vacations -- for those young or young at heart. We have room from Grandma & Grandpa, Mom & Dad, and 4 kids. Grandma & Grandpa can sit on the balcony and watch the kids play in the pool. Elevators and ramps are throughout the property for those with mobility issues.

Book a massage at Oasis Spa, float around the 750-ft lazy river, or fall asleep listening to the seagulls and waves. Diamond Beach has the most incredible amenities for all our guests!

Those amenities include a 24-hr concierge; state-of-the-art fitness center; game room with video games (free — leave your quarters at home), pool table, shuffleboard, and Wii consoles; kid's playroom; heated indoor pool; and a business center with computers, printer & internet.

Golf arcade game is an absolute must!

Stop by the Concierge desk to check out pool cues or shuffleboard pucks on your way to the game room. Those of you of a certain age may enjoy the Space Invaders or Defender video games. Maybe you are in the mood for a movie Reserve the 35-person large-screen theater with deep lounge-type seating.

Finish your perfect day with cocktails on your large private balcony.

The unit provides a large master bedroom with king bed. Attached bathroom has double sinks with large walk-in shower including grab bars for your safety.

The 2nd bedroom is very comfortable with a queen bed.

The 3rd bedroom offers a bunk bed (full over full).

Second bath has a shower & tub also with grab bars. Washer & dryer are also there.

Unfortunately, this building does not allow pets for our guests.

We’ve spoken with the seagulls and have asked them to not dirty our balcony after we have cleaned it. However, sometimes they do not listen. We apologize in advance for Mother Nature and have provided spray and paper towels for a quick wipe, if you choose. There is also a faucet & hose under the kitchen sink -- if you really want to get adventurous!

Building and condo is completely accessible (ramps & elevators). There is a threshold to get onto our balcony, however (3-4 inches). Same for the entrance into the master shower.

Perfect for 3 generation getaways; cheerleading shows and pre/post cruise extensions.

** Getting Around **
The whole island is car friendly, but parking can get a bit crazy during peak times. Here are some alternatives.

We are 3 miles from the nearest Galveston Island Trolley (est 1891). Walk or drive and then jump on for $1 -- transfer between the Downtown & Seawall Loop is included in price.

    When we first walked into the condo the view was breath taking. The host was absolutely wonderful to work with. They even left a nice note and a bottle of wine for us. This is definitely a gem in Galveston and I would give the overall trip a 10. From the lazy river, the out door pool, the indoor pool, the game room and the movie room there isn’t much of a reason to leave.

    We loved the pools/lazy river and the beach proximity. Greg was very responsive to our needs! Unfortunately the mosquitoes were bad while we were there but the property worked hard to spray and eliminate any dead foliage to reduce it. It was better about the time we left. We loved how easy it was to do things in the Seawall as opposed to staying further out San Luis Pass.

    The property was a very good family friendly place . The kids loved the pool area - short walk to beach. When we first arrived I was told there was a major leak in master bath and it would be awhile . They were in repair mode. The owner of the condo contacted me right away and offered to pay for our dinner for the inconvenience and kept me well informed about it all .We were unable to use the nice big shower in master bath during our stay . No biggie I’m pretty easy . On the second day the A/c stops working it was so hot and stuffy . Contacted owner again and we found out the breaker had just flipped and so easy fix went to dinner and when we got back it was getting better . Once we left I sent owner a dinner receipt as he requested and he reimbursed me for that dinner . Wonderful and appreciated ! However Today I get my credit card bill(the CC I used to book ) and he went back later and took that amount from it (since I didn’t leave them a good review as he requested I guess !) I’m sorry I thought I was very understanding of it all and no review is better than a bad review ! But here we are ! Wouldn’t recommend doing business with these folks !

    Amazing!! Love this place and the owners! This was my second time staying here. Will return again. Just two minor things to consider… the mattresses are on the firmer side, if you prefer that, then you’re going to like them. If not, maybe get a cheap foam topper and there weren’t many coffee k-cups if at all. They had tea but I’m not much of a tea drinker. Glad I brought my own k-cups! Again, minor issues. Great location! Well kept property and clean. Easy check-in and check-out instructions.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This resort style property was a blast. Our kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well as the beach which is a short walk from the property. The condo was in great condition and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

    We only had a weekend getaway wish it would have been longer. This place is amazing! The property itself has everything the lazy river and pool are great! the condo was very clean and well stocked. The host Greg and Nancy were the best I have ever dealt with. Quick to respond when I messaged them. The only thing I will do different next time is not park in the garage it's very close quarters but my cousin parked outside plenty of room.

    Diamond Beach is a beautiful property with an amazing pool and lazy river. Our condo unit was well stocked and had a huge balcony for viewing morning sunrises and having evening cocktails.

    We loved our stay at this great condo. This is the best equipped condo we have stayed at all amenities were there for our pleasure. Sorry that the pool was not open but we can blame that on Beryl not our hosts! Overall a wonderful holiday.
