Lazy River Condo, near food/fun, EZ walk to beach

Perfect pace for our SPI trip. So clean. Great communication. Super easy walk to the beach.

Property was very clean and cozy. Kids loved the pool. Owner responded quickly when I had a question. Definitely recommend!!

The property was cozy, comfortable, and relaxing.

Everything was great. The only comment I have is I wish there was an elevator.

This third floor condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4! The location was great! Just a block from the beach and close to all of the restaurants. The weather was beautiful during Christmas and into the New Year (only 2 days below 70)! The host was very hospitable and proactive! He shared everything we needed to know before we visited. While there, the hot water stopped working and he got it fixed very quickly! (thank you!)The only downside (and the host DID tell us before we went) was the washer and dryer are not in the unit. They are quarter based- both washer and dryer use 2.50 (10 quarters). So, bring quarters if you need to wash laundry while visiting SPI. One more thing, the host does provide towels for bathing, but bring your own beach/pool towel. Overall, highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay. Close to the beach. Quite neighbor hood. Had one issue with AC. Host had it taken care of quickly. Would stay again.

The door code wasn’t working when we arrived but the owner was prompt in responding and arriving with a key. Would have been nice to have a couple more towels including in the kitchen but otherwise had everything we needed. Not as updated as some but more affordable.

Great place and location. The beach was easily accessible, and not over crowded with people. Tit was a very enjoyable expirence.

Solid across the board, no frills, but you're not at South Padre to hang in out inside. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and kitchen was nicely appointed. Note that paper towels and coffee/ coffee filters were not provided. No big deal, we brought our own, but worth knowing. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much.

Cozy condo close to beach access. Good communication with owner. Pool a bit chilly but kids still swam. Hot tub helped.

We really enjoyed our time here at the Parklane. Owners were always available for questions and the property suited us nicely. We had a long weekend visit from my daughter and three grandkids and there were beds for them all!

It was better than I expected, my 1st time visiting the island and the property I stayed in was exceptional very clean, spacious and just a small walk from beach. The host was great with communications ready to answer any questions.

Our stay was very nice. The Condo was clean and homey. But it was a bit hard to do it with my parents which are both senior citizens. The stairs made it very difficult. Especially being on the third floor. But overall our stay was nice, relaxing and pleasent.

Was very clean & just perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host. Super quick walk to a Gorgeous beach! South Padre is our new favorite & this condo is absolutely somewhere we would stay again!

Great location to the beach access construction on access #22 however a block down is the next access. It met all our needs and was a relaxing place for our family. The flight of stairs are not the friendliest for a pregnant lady however, still not a big deal breaker.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean condo with no issues. Extra blankets and a box fan for those of us who like white noise. The condo is located in a great area for adults and kiddos to enjoy activities. The host was very responsive and professional in our interactions. We look forward to booking again!
