Lazy River and Water Slide, Restaurant and Bar on site! Beachfront!

We come here every year for fall break. Awesome place for young children. Our host left us boogie boards and floats which was an added bonus. We will be back next year.

The condo and property was just as described. It had everything you would need in a kitchen. The lazy river was amazing. I would 100% stay here at the same condo again. Check out is at 10:00 and the key code no longer worked after 9:45. So just make sure if you’re taking things to your car someone stays at the condo so you can get back in. Wonderful place!

We had a great stay at the Oasis! The lazy pool, bar, cafe and the beach all together. We will definitely come back!! Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in July and had a good experience with some minor hiccups. The property is nice and has good amenities with the different pools and lazy river, the poolside bar and cafe was nice to get a drink and a bite to eat. Condo was not what we have experienced from other stays. This particular rental at Oasis 2403 was beach front and that was great. The furnishings need to be updated as they are well worn and had stains all over the chairs. Only one decent siting chair in the living area other than the sofa. The others are more like outdoor type chairs and don’t sit well. The sofa was a let out to be used as a bed which we had to do, but there were no linens for this. Called and left a message and some were delivered the next day, but only a fitted sheet. Used this and a blanket. Outdoor furniture was old as well with some holes in the seats. Beds in second and third bedroom were advertised as queen beds but one of them seemed to be a full size. Definitely smaller than the other. King in master was comfortable and slept well. Everyone we came across complained about the elevators, and rightfully so. They had six elevators but not all worked at the same time. It was always a back up, and most people figured out to get down faster you had to go up to come back down. Crazy, but it worked. Problem is when people are leaving or coming with everything they have, it’s hard to get one and you still have to wait. Not one person we came across had anything good to say about the elevator situation. We’ve stayed at other Phoenix properties and this was the first time having a issue like this. Would definitely stay at this property again even with the elevator situation, just not this particular unit. All in all we had a good stay and didn’t let the minor things ruin our vacation.

I am a cook and so I usually bring a lot of my own equipment, but was very surprised that this was a fully stocked kitchen with actually very good cooking equipment.Wonderful view and very comfortable overall, would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy, I suggest pre-paying for your parking passes.
