Lazy Lookout Mo – Spacious 3 BDR, Great Location!

Nice townhouse, close to a lot of things. It is fully furnished with everything that you will need. We had a great stay. I have never been to Branson and it did not disappoint. This is a wonderful time of the year to visit if you enjoy the holidays.

We truly enjoyed our three nights in the Lazy Lookout. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have the upper level for the kids to have some separation from the boring grown ups. The kitchen included lots of cooking supplies, and finding a fun restaurant without an hour wait time was difficult, so we would definitely plan to cook more meals if we stay here again. Host was very responsive with any questions or comments we had. Would recommend!

Our stay was very enjoyable but there were a few items i pointed out to the hosts earlier. We were required to pay a cleaning fee but i don't feel like the unit was very clean. My daughter arrived first, she had to wash her sheets because it appeared to have pet hair. All good. There is an infestation of wasp on the porch. We bought some bug spray to get rid of them but they still showed up. No big deal. Carpet is dirty. Our socks were black. And I wonder, or hope, our towels were clean because we were required to wash our own towels before we left, not an issue, and yes we put the last pod in the washer, did the last guest? That seems odd.

Rooms were very comfortable and location was great for families kids swim and we played basketball on site and plus it's a Starbucks on site very nice

All very nice and convenient. 2nd time on property. Will be back. FYI the hair dryer in master does not work.

The little things that the host supplied was a great touch and very much appreciated.

This was a very nice condo. We had a great stay. The only issue we experienced was that one of the toilets was loose and tipped over very easily. We never tipped it all the way over but it scared us.

Check in was super simple house was amazing kitchen was fully stocked the deck was put favorite spot two tvs didnt work but it made us enjoy more family time would definitely recommend

Great Location, Basic but Functional StayThe place was nothing fancy, but it worked well for my family’s needs. The location was amazing—close to everything we wanted to do—and the pools on the property were a definite highlight. A few things to be aware of: there was no dish soap provided in the kitchen, a few outlets didn’t work, and the water pressure in the showers could have been better. Overall, it was a simple, no-frills place in a great spot.

We were expecting a little more according to the pictures online. The floors had stains on them, and there was a musty smell upon arrival. The curtains were needing much needed care. Again, the pictures were very deceiving, it makes it hard for a person that books through VRBO a little apprehensive as to what they paid for and what they actually get. The property manager was very nice as we had problems with the outlets, not working. We got some fixed by resetting the breaker, but only one outlet worked on some of the plugs. There was very little room to unpack your belongings.

The biggest draw back was the washing machine didn't work but the company was great at keeping me updated and even reimbursed us a little for the inconvenience. They are always polite and helpful

Clean and convenient. Just far enough from the busy strip for a peaceful stay but close enough for activities with kiddos.

Great place to stay and easy access to Branson.

Loved the space available, wish the kitchen had a few more amenities but that wasn't a big deal! Beds were super firm, which some of us liked and some didn't. There were some wear and tear spots but everything was well kept overall. It's SUPER easy to hear the neighbors walking around at any time, sometimes being able to hear their full conversations. Overall, a pretty great place though!

Great location and extremely clean. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Easy chech in process and friendly staff. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Garbage disposer was locked up when we got there found wrench and freed. Shower head not best in master low flow. Blinds were hard to operate. Tv channels were confusing to use

Condo is nice and clean. Its location is close to most activities.

Nice cleN and well kept

The property was very nice. It was a short drive into town. The rooms were nice having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very nice, kitchen had everything you needed and the screened in patio was nice to sit outside in the evenings. It didn’t have much of a view but it was quiet. The only thing I would complain about this property is the parking, the parking is on a first come basis and we had to park far away a couple of times and it was a pretty good walk. I would gladly pay for parking to park in front of the unit. But other than that it was a great place I would definitely recommend and o would stay there again.
