Lazy L at the Lake – Chic 3 BDR Condo w/ Boat Slip

Aside from the construction being done at apts overhead, the stay was excellent!! This was my 2nd visit with my mom and sisters 1st time... they enjoyed it so much! I love the prop, you guys have thought of everything!

From the minute we walked in the condo we were impressed; it was welcoming, spacious, beautifully appointed and Clean! All the rooms were a good size, the master was Huge-even a magnifying mirror to put on makeup! The kitchen had pretty much Everything you could need to prepare a meal, which we did every day-2 coffeemakers reg & Keurig, slow cooker, spice rack, olive oil, etc.; with dishwashing soap, laundry soap, paper towels. This place is VERY Well Stocked!! The 6 of us had Plenty of room in the living room, dining room and on the porch. and like I said, the bedrooms were really spacious with lots of drawers for storage and nice sized bathrooms. And Zac (the property manager) answered our calls and/or text immediately when we had questions. NOTE: If you’re bringing a boat know that you Can NOT put in the boat or park your trailer at the property. And Big Thunder Marina Does NOT allow public access or trailer storage (even though they’re listed as a resource). So check nearby marinas and call ahead to reserve a spot to leave your trailer and make sure they allow public access to their boat ramps. Once you get that settled, just drive around to the property, there’s a nice covered dock that you can see from the porch of the condo.

My son and daughter-in-law accompanied us for our 50th anniversary. This was the first time visiting the Ozarks and we were very pleased with our accommodations. Be warned that they do mention there isn't an elevator. This was a challenge for this 73 year old with asthma. Would highly recommend this property for watersport

The condo was very well put together and clean, which was much appreciated! Everything worked as it should. The extra cards/games in the condo were nice to have as we had a couple of rainy days during our stay. One opportunity would be to include more toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwashing pods when customers are staying more than 2 nights. We had to go to Walmart to purchase all three of those products during our 5-day stay. One other idea would be to add black-out curtains to the master bedroom. We were woken up around 6:00 am everyday because of the light that came through the current curtains - and unable to fall back asleep. Other than these minor opportunities, this was a great condo to stay in and I look forward to staying there again!

Our family really enjoyed the layout of the home. Well thought out in details and amenities offered were suffice in meeting our needs for this vacation. The property manager's response to our needs on the day of check in was great. The only recommendation I would give is for it to be noted in the check in information that some of the units have the water tank cut off when the unit is unoccupied and for the guest to check this as a part of the check in process or for it to be turned on by the property management team prior to guest's arrival for these units.

Our group loved this property. It was great in size with plenty of space for adults and kids! There are a lot of stairs required to get down to the unit and back up to your car but wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Tons of games and puzzles are provided as well. The only thing I would suggest to future renters is to bring extra towels. There were no kitchen/dish towels. Only one hand towel per bathroom and only 1 towel per person. We had a short stay so it was fine, however with kids extra towels are always nice to have access to. It was our first time to the area and we will definitely be coming back and would love to stay in this condo again!!

The property is beautiful. The pictures are good online but when you walk inside it takes your breath. The decor is stellar, the condo is huge. The view to the lake is breathtaking. The condo is spotless. Everything in the condo works!!! Our first vacation of the year was a blast! Cynthia

The apartment is in a great place at the lake. We enjoyed the view of the lake from the big screen in porch. When we were at the apartment, we spent 70 percent of our time watching the boats from the porch. The master bed felt like my own bed at home. Very comfortable! The place is clean and spacious. The only thing that we didn't like was the two flights of stairs. We had and elderly person with us and it was difficult for her. Besides that, this is a five-star place!
