We truly enjoyed our stay here, the property was very well maintained & the staff was pleasant & friendly. There are plenty of amenities available to choose from. Our hosts were so accomodating & very easy to communicate with prior to our stay. The condo is simply lovely, very clean & modern with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time there. The view out the balcony is beautiful!! You just can't beat sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail listening to the waves & watching the dolphins swim by right off the shore!! Highly recommend this location if you have the Gulf Coaat in your travel plans.

Owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond, view of the beach from the deck was amazing, highly recommend!

Property was old but had been renovated. It lllGreat view and kitchen was nice. Lighting was horrible. No light by washing machine so it was hard to see what you were doing. Light in living room was very dim, and one bathroom light was out but we did find a bulb to replace it. Could not adjust the sound on the TV, and the remote didn’t work well

Beautiful ocean front one bedroom condo at Phoenix three, very clean and appears to be newly renovated. Very convenient to both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores! Check-in was a breeze and the owner was quick for communication!

Smooth check in. Convenient location.

The condo was nice but there was only one roll of toilet paper, 1/2 roll of paper towel, no garbage bags, and no coffee filters. Also, after we checked out, we realized we left a part of our small ice chest and messaged the host about it, and offered to pay for shipping if they'd return it to us. They replied with a sarcastic message about us not appreciating our weekend and worrying about frugal matters. I thought that was very rude.

Great condo right on the beach! The views were incredible and the space was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

You could not ask for a better view with this condo. We loved how the balcony windows were big and let in the view. Lots of amnesties. Condo was clean and decorated nicely. I have a bad back and the mattress was great. Didn’t wake up in pain like I usually do. Very comfy. Kids enjoyed the bunks. I appreciated the amount of towels that were there. We were told there was construction going on right in listing and we took a chance. Glad we did because we didn’t hear a thing. Communication with Rhonda was 10/10. Very responsive and we actually decided to stay another day and she made that very smooth to do. Only suggestion I could make is the upgrade the microwave as it’s little old and worn some. But that would not detour me. It was a great condo for our family of four. Thank you Rhonda for a great stay.

The room we stayed in was very lovelyBut I would have to say we did not enjoy the hot tub in the hotel because they were both broken. Other than that we had fun.

Beautiful condo and beautiful location.We were a little disappointed in a few things inside the condo. There were crumbs all over the table in the dining area and the comforter on the bed had stains on it. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay. We usually go to the beach a couple of times a year so we love this location.

Great location. Beautiful condo. Very clean and great view. Easy check in and check out. Needs more teaspoons. There was only one in the drawer. No complaints and would recommend to others. And would stay there again. We really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Couldnt be happier with my stay at this property. Very clean, better than expected! Easy communication and great pools, hot tubs and indoor pool. Each building having something different to offer. Delicious restaurants across the street. Looking forward to booking again in the future!

This has been one of the best vacation stays we've had! The condo is exactly as advertised. The beach and pools were wonderful. We used the kitchen to cook a few meals and had all the tools needed. The balcony and it's view put this stay over the top! I misplaced our parking email and had to email the owner to see if she could resend it. She responded within 10 mins and resent it. Communication was top notch. I highly recommend this condo for your stay. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Property itself was great, but owner failed to inform me that the outdoor side walks in this building were being sandblasted and it was very loud! Tried to contact the owner and got no response. The lady at the check in desk informed me that the owner should have told me this was happening before renting it to me. Besides that we had a great stay! I like an afternoon nap and that was not possible due to the noise. It started back up the neck morning at 9:30am!

While the weather didn’t fully cooperate, it was ok because this place had amazing views even on the grayist of days. It was very clean, with lots of onsite amenities. Plus, the bed was super comfy, which is a rarity among rentals. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a very relaxing stay. The condo was beautiful. Perfect for 2 people. We would love to visit again!

This condo was close to a pharmacy and a neighborhood Walmart both of which we used. Comfortable bed. Lighting was poor at night. There wasn’t a bright corner to read a book. Ample dishes in the kitchen.

I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate my 40th anniversary. The place was clean, had all we needed, and the views were amazing! First time to gulf coast and I fell in love with it. Plan on returning every year in the future.

We loved the condo. The view was amazing!We had everything we needed to cook and feel right at home. Loved having the washer and dryer. We used the crockpot twice, so dinner would be ready when we got back from the day at the beach. The only things we wished we had were for the beach, like chairs and a cooler

We were very pleased with the unit. The owners have nicely decorated it and it was in good shape for it's age. Would highly recommend it for families with 2 or less children.

weather didn't cooperate...but our stay was warm and comfortable with a killer view.......Love staying at the Phoenix....staff and amenities are always the BEST

Condo was tastefully decorated, clean and perfect for us as a couple. The view was fantastic. We would definately recommend this property. The only suggestion we would have would be to hang blackout curtains in the bedroom window as outside security light lit up the bedroom even with the blinds closed.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Loved the location. Easiest check in/out process ever! The condo was clean. Had everything we needed to Cook breakfast every morning. I would recommend bringing a blanket & house shoes that’s two things I always forget. We will definitely book again in the future.

The condo was nice. The bed could use a new mattress. It could also use some upgraded blankets, bedding and extra blankets. It would be nice to have more toilet paper as well. We only had about 1/2 roll for 3 girls. The location and view was fantastic! Overall, it was a really nice place. We enjoyed our stay.
