We are an ocean front condo complex on the no drive section of New Smyrna Beach. Our condo is a 2-2-2; two bedroom, two bath and TWO gorgeous views. One of the few units at Point East with amazing ocean views from the south and north. Views from bedrooms, balcony and front hallway are awesome; one vibrant and lively, the other more tranquil. This unit sleeps 6. (1 king, 1 full, 2 twins).
Come enjoy a private balcony for morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise, or have an afternoon

Stayed Jun 4, 2026We had a wonderful stay in this little piece of paradise! Very clean and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We felt right at home, and were quite comfy. Perfectly located just south of the “drive-on” beach, you don’t have to worry about cars while you’re enjoying the sunshine and sand. The pool was lovely at the end of our beach day. I loved the porch for afternoon reading, and a refuge from the sun, but still see can the beach. The owner Colleen was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 25, 2025We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and we really appreciated being able to check in an hour early. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed including plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys, and other helpful supplies. The only downside was the king bed in the master bedroom. It was extremely firm, almost like sleeping on the floor, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. One small suggestion would be to add a TV in the kids’ room for a little more entertainment flexibility. Other than that, everything else was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay.
