Very short walking distance to Madeira Beach (literally only 1 block), this BRAND-NEW condo situated on the 3rd with 2 elevators for your convenience, features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and has all the comforts of a home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companions. Relax on the balcony with access to the living area as well as the guest bedroom. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf surf soothe your soul. Quartz kitchen with new appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or a short walk to many local restaurants.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a queen size bed, a workspace, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second guest room also offers 1 full size bed, desk with chair and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle and both are twin size beds, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, televisions, high speed internet, 2 elevators and 2 designated garage parking spot are also included. This is a non-smoking condo. Linens, towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags. Beach equipment and wagon are also provided for those frequent sunny beach days.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches and swimming pool, but also very near John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. It is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a large variety of restaurants, local fishing fleet, dolphin watching/shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gump’s, Hooters, Hubbard’s Marina and also the world-famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

*Quiet Hours: Hallway and common area noise must be minimized between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Noise complaints after midnight may result in immediate removal.

*No unregistered guests allowed.
Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may occupy the unit or access shared spaces.
*No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

*Please put all your trash bags in the trash chute located near the elevator.

*Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Claims will apply.
*Please dial 911 first in case of emergency, then call us.
*Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment.
*We do not provide beach blanket nor snorkeling gear.
*Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any.
*No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
*We would like to bring to your attention that a key fob is present within the premises of your unit. This key fob grants access to essential areas, including the garage, lobby, and access to the door to the west-side pool.
*We kindly request that you take extra care of the key fob to avoid any misplacement or loss. In case of such an unfortunate incident, please be aware that there will be a replacement fee of $60.
*Please ensure that the parking placard is always visibly displayed in the vehicle at all times when parked. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in towing of the vehicle at the guest's expense. The placards can be found inside the unit. Kindly take note that in the event of misplacing or losing the placards, an additional fee of $65 each will be incurred.
*Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
*Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
*BBQ Grill : Registered guests may use the grills for up to one hour per unit. Before use, please check the gas meter to ensure there is sufficient fuel. If the grill is out of gas, it will be unavailable until it is serviced. Remember to clean the grill and turn off the gas after each use.
* Grills are to be operated by authorized HATC adults only
*Grills in use must be attended at all times. If they are found unattended they will be turned off.
*Grills must be cleaned and brushed after each use.
*Turn off the gas at the tank before leaving.
*No parties at the grill area.
*The last person using the grill for the day should put the cover on the grill, once it is
completely cooled.
*Use of grills is at your own risk.
*Pool Access: Closes at dusk. Use beyond this time is a violation and may result in fines or removal. Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision. Shared with other guests *We are not responsible if the pool is closed for any reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community.
*Dock Access: The docks adjacent to the property are private and not affiliated with our rental. Entry is considered trespassing and may result in legal action.
*Spa (Verify hours of accessibility) Persons under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult. Shared with other guests *We are not responsible if the spa is closed for any reason or if the temperature isn't to your liking as it is managed by the community.
*The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee

*Please don't eat/drink in beds, as this leads to irreversible stains. Claims will be made.

    We loved our stay. Nice and close to the beach and other amenities. Comfortable stay.Could improve the second bedrooms bed. Not as comfortable & didnt seem sturdy. Pool/hot tub access was odd. No way to get to it from the building or even the back where it is located.

    What a wonderful condo, very spacious and modern. The property had nice amenities that we used daily during our stay. “Mad Beach” as the locals called it was still recovering from recent hurricanes but seemed that before too long would be back up on its feet. Very convenient location for groceries, restaurants, and bars. Beautiful beaches that stretch for miles. Would definitely stay here again!

    This Condo was perfect for our Family Spring Break Trip. Just minutes from the beach and multiple restaurants bars shops etc. its a beautiful place that allowed us to relax and spread-out. Communication was excellent and the check in check out process was a breeze!
