Tidewater #203 is beautiful, low 2nd floor condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master, 2 twin size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile flooring in bedroom and living area (no carpet), and granite countertops are a few of the must have features of this condo! This beautiful, vacation condo also boasts gulf front balcony access from the open living room area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy theunbelievable views and those unforgettable sunsets. Other features of this fashionable vacation unit include an updated coastal decor, a full-size refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you need to prepare that perfect meal for the family. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Please bring your own beach towels.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a resort fee for 1-bedroom unit: $35 + tax + credit card fee. Total $39.59 and includes up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 wristbands. Wristbands required for all occupants over age 12. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
