Our group of 6 recently, retired teachers, really enjoyed our stay. Condo was very spacious, clean and the views of the beach were amazing! We loved watching the sunset from the balcony at night and watching for dolphins early in the morning-we saw dolphins on 2 of the days we were there. Our host Jan was fantastic with her communication throughout our entire stay. We really appreciated her help and advice.Fantastic condo- we would definitely stay here again, thanks again for a wonderful home away from home feel for our vacation.

You cannot go by the pictures because I was in complete shock when we actually arrived! THIS PLACE IS EVEN MORE GORGEOUS THAN THE PICS!!!!! The pictures do not even begin to show just how beautiful this condo truly is! Everything about this property is perfect! The host! The location! The views! The furniture! The process! The price! The parking! The beach! AND THE BALCONY!!!! The balcony is the best balcony I have ever been on! So much room! It's odd when you have an entire town to explore with things to do, but all you want to do is stay at the condo because it's so beautiful. From one balcony, you can actually lay in the sun, look at the sand and the ocean, look at the pool, AND the city all at the same time! Most places give you a view of the ocean OR the city...not both!!! This balcony gives you a view of everything! You can watch the waves in the ocean and the cars on the road at the exact same time! Very relaxing at night with the city lights on one side and the moon lighting up the ocean on the other! We are already planning our next trip to this property!

The pantry was very small and filled with pots pans etc very little room for groceries. The beach view and views of the sunsets were beautiful. The end unit with a super large balcony was the highlight of our vacation

The condo has amazing views of the ocean and the beach was stunning! The condo was well appointed with 3 full bedrooms and 3 full baths, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a lovely deck. It was very comfortable for 6 guests. We used the beach chair provided and also rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The parking is easy and convenient in the building. We would definitely recommend this unit.

This beach side condo was perfect for our spring break. We traveled to PCB for a college baseball tournament at Publix Sports complex, which was only 15 minutes from the condo. Most restaurants were within minutes as well. We LOVED having a gated beach access, with chairs and umbrellas available from our condo. The balcony was a lovely addition for starting and ending each day.... oh oh oh ... the GIANT windows allowed for the wonderful beach views when it was just alittle chilly outside in the morning. Overall a beautiful property with plenty of space for all of us to sleep. Also, there were no elevator delays/issues. You will not regrets this rental.

Host was super responsive and helpful. The unit was mostly clean. A few areas of feedback - there was very little toilet paper provided and we ran out before the end of our 3day stay. Most of the beach chairs are either broken or child size. The patio is pretty cramped due to older broken patio furniture that is being kept out there. The kitchen is VERY small with limited cooking tools.

The beach view was absolutely beautiful! Being able to sit and eat dinner while we watched the sunset was such a highlight of our stay. The rooms were just as stunning, with each its own full bathroom.

Property is on beach with corner view of ocean and great sunset views. Plenty of space for 3 families to have own bedroom and bathrooms. No problem locating a parking place while we were there. Contact with Jan was quick and helpful. Will use again if multiple families are going

We loved the condo, however whoever cleans it needs to take more time with the floors. Socks and feet were black after walking on them for very short time. The pool water was very cold so the kids never wanted to swim in it which was very disappointing for them. We were told it is not heated until Nov. Kitchen is well stocked but could have used some covered containers for leftovers. We had perfect weather, convenient to lots of restaurants, and Jan was very easy to contact and answered questions very promptly.

Oh my gosh- this place has the most awesome views! It was plenty roomy for 6 adults and 3 children. The beach access was very easy and not a far walk. The pool was great and not crowded. Jet ski and Parasail was available right on the beach. We didn't have to get in the car to take advantage of these activities. The owner had beach chairs on the patio that we used. Lots of beach tourist shops and a really fun putt putt golf place within walking distance. The putt putt golf was cash only though- 12 per person. We had a really good time. We could see a water park across the street that looked like fun but we didn't take avatars of that. Lots of really good food options! Fishing pier is right next door if you want to fish. It's 3 dollars per person. This was a great condo. Highly recommend it!!!

We all loved this condo at Panama City Beach! It was clean and roomy, no one felt cramped. There were even quiet spaces to sit and read. I especially liked that there was no high-rise next door, so the view westward was uninhibited, so we could keep an eye on what was going on at out at the beach, down at the pool, and even at Goofy Golf across the street, LOL. The beach was wonderful as was the condo pool -- I am not sure which was enjoyed the most. The security guard at the parking entrance and the locked and key pad entrances also provided a sense of security. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

We loved Jan’s condo. It fit our family perfectly with my boyfriend, our three kids (9-15yr old), and in laws. Easy beach access, easy pool access. Close to a pier. Very clean condo and property.

The condo was beautiful and clean, there was enough space in the condo that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other, I really like that there was 2 master suites and the third bedroom was designed for kids or just extra people but we all had our own bathrooms so there was no waiting on each other to take showers. In the 2 masters there were views of the coast that were just stunning. We had such a wonderful time as a family. The only thing we weren’t crazy about were the elevators, there are only 2 that runs off of 1 button. And the parking was a little tight in a big suv unless you parked on the upper level on L3. Other than those 2 things everything was so beautiful, easy check in, great host and definitely family friendly

We loaded up our kids and grandkids and headed to the beach! The corner balcony, 3 bedrooms, sleeper sofa and 3 baths is what sold us on this unit! Jan was awesome and very responsive to questions while we were at the condo. The beach is amazing! The pool is refreshing on a hot day! And you can walk to putt putt golf, pier, and shopping all from this condo! Oh and there's two Walmart close lol We ordered our food for pickup and that saved us time so we could head straight to the beach!! Oh and they have some beach chairs and umbrella too which saved us because we forgot our umbrella!! We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Our condo was great but only one elevator was working which made things difficult for my husband. We kept being told that it would be repaired the next day and it finally was on our 6th day. Many others said that it is a constant problem with this complex. Definitely will not stay there again!

Very nice place good location.

This was a great place to stay on the beach. Plenty of room and it was nice not having bunk beds!! 3rd bathroom was a plus as well as the big balcony!! It was perfect and Jan was so responsive and helpful!!

Jan (property manager) was very responsive. This unit was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. Balcony with table & chairs was optimal for us as we ate our meals and played games. Kitchen and living room areas a bit smaller than expected but we didn’t spend much time inside. Bedrooms & bathrooms nice and spacious. Convenient walk to the beach and pool. Great rental!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and it was just as pictured! It's in a very nice area and not crowded. The owner checked in with us to make sure that everything was okay during our stay and it was!

My family and I really loved this place. The ocean view is worth its weight in gold. Jan, the owner, was great. All question were answered quickly and were 100% correct on the answers she gave. I definitely plan on coming back!!!

We had an incredible stay at this VRBO property! The owner went above and beyond, graciously accommodating a last-minute schedule change that could have derailed our family trip. Her kindness and flexibility saved the day! The property itself was perfect for our group—me, my wife, our three children, my sister-in-law, and my mother-in-law. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. I can’t recommend this place highly enough to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation rental. We’ll definitely be back!

Condo was exactly as described with spectacular views! Plenty of room for our group of 7. Property owner was excellent to communicate with and the access to the beach and pool was amazing! There can be a long wait for elevators depending on the time of day and we were there over spring break but if you plan accordingly it is easy to manage. Highly recommend!!!!

We had a wonderful time. The newly decorated condo was beautiful and so spacious. The view was fantastic. It was a little chilly during our visit. If you have a comfortable place to stay for your time spent it makes a difference. We found we had a good time playing games, discovering delicious food at the local restaurants and sightseeing The beaches in the area are beautiful We couldn’t believe how close everything was. It is a perfect location. The view every night was spectacular. The sun setting over the Pier was awesome. We had a great rapport with the owner and she made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Check-in and parking was so easy. The carts in garage really made bringing all of the luggage etc to the condo so easy.We would definitely stay again ! Highly recommend!

We had a relaxing stay with beautiful views of the Gulf.

The condo was clean and friendly, with furniture meant for use and not looks. The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach things for use (umbrella, chairs, etc). The view was lovely. The best part was the host, who communicated through VRBO, welcoming us. Ensuring we had all the info needed. She even offered us an early check in and late check out depending on whether other guests would conflict. That was a first for me for a condo rental and very much appreciated The place is a bit worn st the seams but very inviting and comfortable. We just really liked it. And the location is perfect, with the pier stretched out into the ocean just a short distance away.

Everything about our stay was amazing! Beautiful midnight view of the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. Both patios overlooked the beach. Everything there we needed. Host responded right away to any questions.

Wondeful location, with close proximity to everything. Gorgeous, relaxing views and lots of space. My family really enjoyed our time spent here. Host was wonderful, easy process booking, and entering the property. Even checked in to make sure we didnt need anything additional during the stay.

We were very pleased with everything about our stay. This condo is a corner unit with essentially two master suites with access to a balcony from each. It provided a spacious primary balcony to listen to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach below and a perfect spot to take in beautiful sunsets. Plenty of room to relax, and the kitchen was well supplied. Jan was a pleasure to communicate with and a gracious host..

We enjoyed a relaxed environment and a beautiful view of the Gulf. We were minutes away from grocery stores, retail, and restaurants. Everyone had a great time!

We had a great time visiting Panama City Beach. The condo was beautiful, our view was beautiful and the owner was very nice and easy to work with. There are a lot of shops within walking distance from the condo which was really nice. We enjoyed our stay and would rate it a 8/10 overall!
